When I first heard about this mall, I was excited because the Stamford Mall was dying so it was refreshing to hear of a new place to shop at. They had an amazing selection of restaurants and even more stores which were well stocked and extremely big. The only downside was that this mall is extremely overwhelming with how hard it is to find an exit or an escalator and was super over stimulating with how many stores there are. Another down side is how expensive it is. Everything here is slightly more expensive the what it would be if you bought it at a different store. For example, I bought a Bath And Body Works body spray for $17.50 at the SoNo Collection whereas at every other Bath And Body Works it would be $15.50. This mall is clearly geared towards the rich, but aside from that, this mall is great. read more

Avoid during Covid. Cosmetics will not let you touch any products and you cannot hear the beauty assistants very well through their masks. The fitting rooms are closed and I ended up buying clothes that don't fit well. This after being in checkout line for 30 minutes with a single counter open. I never would have bought if I had the opportunity to try them on. Returning items will be a pain. The mall itself was sparsely populated. After making sure I was alone I pulled down my mask for a breather and a security guard materialized out of nowhere to tell me I need to have my mask on. The whole experience was a nightmare. Please go if you like being made to feel like a leper and a criminal for wanting some oxygen, while you hand over your money . Sadly, Amazon shopping it is until this hostage situation ends. The text to park didn't work because the cellular is terrible there. Exact change at pay station if you don't want a headache get your money back by calling. There's not a pay station at all the entrances. Free WiFi goes in and out. Very small mall. The only places that would draw me to the mall is the Apple store. And some interesting restaurants like Pinstripes that has bowling. The Sephora is tiny!!! The amount of mall cops is very excessive. Even with almost every store open there's very few people there on a Sunday mid-day which is very unfortunate. Feels like a major waste of space and money. read more

I worked my entire life in retail management for specialty and billion dollar companies. Never have I seen such a misfire mess of a mall. 1. Pulled into parking. Have to select how long I stay in advance, encourages customers to wrap up rather than linger or I get towed? Wow 2. Where's the entrance? No signs indicating where to go 3. Home goods on the second floor? Never have I seen that. Even Bloomingdales is on the third floor. Some research show we like home goods? Maybe but not boring furniture stores. More unique and small home goods but not one to be found. Boring. Will never work. 4, no food court? And the few food choices are poke, ceviche, pizza , ramen and Chinese? Anyone think of maybe a sandwich? God forbid kids want something other than pizza. How about some ice cream? It could be gourmet? Can't think of last time I thought what I'm craving is ceviche which is essentially poke, did no one else want to sign a lease? 5 most boring Nordstrom's ever and it's sept 16- who has a swimwear display as you enter the store in New England? Did store display quit? 6. No Santa but kids whisper wishes to trees? Are you kidding me? Mr. Seebeck, I'm available for consult. Do you have kids? Anyplace for them to play or sit while other parents shops? This isn't Greenwich. I see the developer already cashed out. This mall will never make it. There isn't a single reason to go to it. Upscale? No boring. Better get, movies, food court, Dave busters to that third floor fast and dump that second floor idea. Still can't believe that. Did you hire some 28 year old who said THIS has never been done, let's do it? There's a reason for that. You don't have to be Trumbull but this is ridiculous. I love retail and it's sad to see in these difficult times, such a misfire. Feel sorry for stores who signed leases, fix this mess or it's office space in a couple years and Norwalk should not pay. read more

The mall is awesome and very accessible the only reason I have not given a five star is due to the employees at Sephora, I am just starting into make up and I had many questions and they were constantly following me around and not being very helpful. Other than that I love the stores so far and I'm impressed with how big the Lush store is. I will definitely shop again at this mall read more

Was so excited to have an upscale mall here. When I saw the "art work" on the outside, it looked like graffiti. Was so disappointed. I thought this would be a classy place but they obviously are working against that. So much for improving the area. I heard the inside might be good but I don't want to patronize a place that considers this an upscale shopping experience. read more

I love this new mall. I grew up here so I wasn't excited that a mall was being built in my small comfy town. But this mall is not like other malls. First, reviewers are complaining about paying to park, well, this is the trend everywhere, you can't park in Norwalk or most places without paying and 1 dollar an hour is not bad. If you go to the Westchester Mall, it's 3 dollars even if you stay for LESS than three hours, this mall gIves you the option of paying 1 dollar if you only stay for an hour. There are several ways to pay as mentioned, Pay Station and via Parking App. Next, there is no food court, personally I'm happy about that, instead on the fourth floor you have restaurants and out side there is a space created for food trucks, in addition there are the kiosks for pretzels, gelato, and popups for local restaurants to temporarily give you a taste of their menu. A mall is a mall. However, the charging for parking at a mall, in CT is just dumb. First and last visit.

Worst experience ever. Completely rude security and rude service. Awful just not a pleasant experience to shop.

Seriously this place is awful. In most stores there was not one customer in them, yet had about 20 staff doing god knows what. A lot of the shops were weirdly big, which I think is great for stores like Nordstrom but as for stores like Abercrombie and Fitch it's extremely unnecessary since once again NO ONE IS SHOPPING IN IT. Another example is Chaps. A children's store that is disgustingly large, I had no idea what it was even selling. Such a waste of space and again the recurring theme of absolutely no one shopping in it. I understand COVID is a factor, no one leaving the house hence the lack of customers. What I will say is, forgetting about the amount of people in the mall, the way it's set up is terribly stupid. Five or six stores taking up the each of the floors. It's more of a marketing thing in my opinion because the actual items in the stores are also lacking especially with all the space they have to fill it. Skip the trip to this mall and buy online. It's better than the Stamford mall. But apart from Nordstrom, I don't see how this is an upscale mall. Seems to be like every other mall. Special note to all parents: I'm sure your children are precious but the world will thank you for making sure your special snowflakes keep their dirty clodhoppers off the furniture. Such a great time here got everything I needed and then some I probably be didn't need but went a little crazy! Was super busy stuck on phone for a couple hours earlier and came in with a little extra time was passing area decided to stop in, so glad I did got alot of great stuff and such a cute and prefect outfit didn't need much help so didn't use staff very much because I knew was looking for and was browsing while on phone. They had tons of options and everything was really easy to find, got all my stuff checked out also ordered for one item to be shipped because it wasn't in stock which was fast and simple. Highly recommend checking it out, alot of the places can run really pricey with the designer items but luckily I was able to get a bunch of great discounts and walked out very happy with all my purchase made may have to return one skirt but other then that everything got perfectly! read more

Absolutely awful parking experience! Premium Parking has installed and manages the parking forcing you to pay before you even enter the mall. They've instituted a pay system whereby you must either pay using an app, ( but there is not adequate cell service in the garage to allow you to use it) or wait in line at the ONE kiosk at the door. If you pay at the kiosk, and go over your allotted time, you have 10 minutes to find another kiosk to extend your parking. NOT convenient! This is ridiculous. SoNo would do well by re-imagining a better system for guests since as it stands now, the first impression is awful. read more

What a nightmare! First, I paid for $3.00 worth of parking with a $10 bill, and they refused to give me back my $7 change. They had me contact their parking phone number and now they want to charge me another $5 to mail be my refund back. This is ridiculous! All I wanted to do is do some shopping and eat and Enjoy the mall, but it turned into a waste of my time and me losing money. I would stay away from this mall. Not worth the aggravation. read more

I went to the sonó mall hoping to find some fun stores to check out, was disappointed when the only stores were women's clothing stores. Only thing keeping this from a 1 star is the Casper mattresses. read more
