Stumbled across this cafe one day after getting off the train and desperately needing coffee. On a weekday morning the shop was quiet with myself being the only customer, allowing me the time to take a look around and thoroughly read through each item on the menu. The staff were kind, patient, and even picked my coffee order for me since I was indecisive! The coffee was smooth and perfectly balanced with the milk and sweetener. Place looked super cute and I was a half hour early to work so I stopped by. They only had one younger employee working when I came in on a Sunday but it seemed okay, as I was the only one there. I ordered a salmon bagel and a flat white. I heard her making my flat white and then making my bagel. The bagel took 20 minutes for her to make. The flat white was cold and not steamed correctly. The bagel was great, just don't know why it would take twenty minutes. The place is super cute but they seemed to place an emphasis on their food rather than coffee and service. read more

What a cute new cafe that I discovered one day when I was going through the neighborhood. I think it's been around for almost a year based on previous reviews Menu is very interesting and the interior decor is very nice. I ordered an iced latte and the coffee was really fragrant. There's no other way to describe it. You just gotta try it. I did find that the drink was a little on the sweeter side. The next time I come back, I will definitely get it less sweet. The only complaint I have is that is was kinda warm in there +1 for not using paper straws read more

I always love sitting at neighborhood cafes and journal, I stumbled upon Grizzly Cafe last year their new renovation is beautiful, a lot of indoor seating and a couple of outdoor seats. I came here on a Tuesday and was greeted with excellent customer service by Rose, she made me a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel with ketchup and mayo! I could say that is one of the best breakfast sandwich I ever had! She is super sweet and love her interactions with customers! Will definitely come back here! read more

I got Iced Black coffee and a bagel but forgot to take a picture of the Bagel, the spot has some seating and a verity of drink options , I was there the moment they opened, but there was one person already waiting and a few others showed up while i was waiting for my bagel so it must be a good spot to go, limited seating inside but they have outdoor seating as well. read more

Their coffee is so bad. When I went I asked for an egg sandwich and the girl says " the girl that makes it is not here". Well maybe hire staff that is there ?? So then I got a bagel and it was the ones from ShopRite. But that was still edible unlike the latte I got. I had to throw it out. Straight up water and it tasted like cigarettes. read more

I did a pickup order through Uber eats and was incredibly disappointed by the false advertising (see pictures). On the menu it looks like it's topped with cold foam and crushed pistachios but in person it's topped with canned whipped cream and nothing else. 2 stars because the taste was fine but that's about it. Definitely would give it another try but so far not a good 1st impression. read more

Ordered delivery and I can't tell you how much of a mess it was. The coffee had no seal or delivery/safety precautions and spilled everywhere, to the point of ruining the rug in my entryway and the bag completely falling apart when I thankfully got it to the sink. I spent the next 20 minutes cleaning coffee off the floor and all the food was ruined. Never again. read more

This is a really cute shop, and the girl Kate who works there is friendly and kind. I got a macchiato, and it was creamy and delicious, although on the smaller side. My son was satisfied with his Nutella bagel sandwich and said his pumpkin spice latte was very tasty. However, my son was disappointed when he went back the second time. Kate had told him during our first visit, that since it was his birthday the next day, he could return for a free pastry. But when he came back alone to get it, there was a different person (a guy) working there. My son explained that Kate had said he could come by for a free birthday pastry, and the guy agreed to honor her offer. The guy had him pay for one pastry, with the reassurance that he would also be receiving a free one. My son was initially very happy, but after he got home and looked inside the bag, he realized that he was not given a free pastry- only the one he had paid for. He said he felt cheated, and wasn't sure he wanted to return. It's a shame because we liked the place overall, and would have given them more business. read more

How can you get a small coffee and to add half half cream they charged me 80 cents for cream! Who does that no one

Coffee is made differently every time I go. Went in for a shaken espresso, last time she actually got the shaker bottle to shake the espresso and brown sugar. When I asked her she said it doesn't make a difference. Baristas know that process makes the coffee taste different. One day my latte was made like a latte and the next it just looked like a regular coffee. If there was some consistency across the board, this would be a better shop. Need real coffee makers please. read more
