How am I supposed to record my phone glitching, when I only have one cellphone? Then he is saying its the wireless charger in my car that's the problem. So I record my phone glitching and take it back and now buddy can see that my phone is acting strangely AFTER I took my phone in for repairs, as it wasn't doing it before, NOW, buddy is saying that the wireless charging component in my phone is not working; not related to the screen repair. So basically he fixed my screen, but caused wireless charging issues in my phone and didn't fix the issue. Don't take your cell phone in to this retailer, unless you're prepared to "discover" new issues with your cell phone.

A couple of weeks later, the printer stopped working entirely. I then spent over an hour on a Zoom troubleshooting session with him, where I was told the issue was with HP and that I needed to contact them because my computer was not recognizing the printer. Unsatisfied with that answer, I hired another technician. Within approximately 20 minutes, he resolved the printer issue and got everything working properly. He charged $45. During this process, it was also discovered that security software installed on my computer was generating frequent pop-ups and that a subsequent scan identified suspicious activity that required attention. When I raised my concerns, I was offered only a partial refund. While I accepted the refund to close the matter, I remain disappointed with the value received for the amount charged and with how the situation was handled. Customers deserve accurate troubleshooting, fair pricing, and confidence that the work performed has genuinely resolved the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
