The coffee is great, the shopping is even better! The coffee had a unique taste and that was refreshing. I bought the most beautiful necklace as a souvenir for myself as I'm visiting from out of town. Staff is very friendly, and the coffee shop has the best beach vibe!

The place is exactly what I would expect if you asked me to define a coastal coffee shop. The Coffee Shop is owned by Jim and Jaime McPhillip. Jim does the cooking and Jaime does the decorating and designing. She created most of the pieces you see in the store and can purchase. I love love love the decor they have! I mean seriously I wanted to bring Jaime home so she could decorate my house. I asked her. She just laughed. I don't think she realized how serious I was I could go on and on about their decor, but I did have food too and it was really good. First off they're a coffee house. I'm not really a coffee drinker, but I did get a fantastic vanilla chai tea. The waitress recommended the jalapeño potato scramble and I took her advice. It was so good! I ordered the cheesy grits. I've never found grits I liked until now! They were cheesy and creamy and had substance. I ate the whole bowl!

Always a fan favorite for us. The coffee is really good. My go to is the Lavander honey coffee. I did try the banana foster which was good but their cold foam is way too heavy and they added way too much for my small coffee. Cream brûlée iced coffee is really good too. I love love love their breakfast bagels and my dad is a real big fan of their breakfast biscuit. Some things are priced too high. I saw a side of fruit was 7.99. Too crazy.

Coffee shop in The Wharf. Open early before the shops open. Order from the counter and they bring food to you. Beverages get picked up at counter. Large tables available for groups. Large breakfast menu and drink choices. Seasonal lattes and gelato. Omelets are large and come with potatoes. Breakfast croissants have a large portion of eggs. Bacon had a lot of flavor. Sausage was a bit bland.

Great place to grab coffee while shopping at The Wharf! Tons of specialty coffees, food, gelato and gifts!

First off my family likes this place and the awesome vacation vibe it provides. However the quality of drinks for the price can be inconsistent and the customer service was extremely poor. One example was them refusing to give my daughter a glass of tap water. Which most coffee places have already out and complimentary. I was shocked and decided to verify, yes they refused and told her if she wanted water she have to buy a bottle for $3. I don't inherently get upset about it and I didn't but thought I would write this review to inform others of my experience. Feel free to come and enjoy the offerings just don't be shocked by lack of customer service.

This is an excellent coffee company and they have a light breakfast/lunch menu with gelato on the side. We were greeted with enthusiasm and our order was taken as if we were the only customers in the house. The place is always clean but we chose to sit outside for the weather was great this morning! Our food temperature was perfect and the taste was excellent! Again we were pleased with both our flavor of the day coffees and the choice of our food. We will definitely be back now that summer is over and the tourists have left.

Great spot for quick morning coffee/breakfast! Great iced coffee & delicious fresh baked buttery biscuits!!!! Conveniently located across the street from our condo, I walked over to grab my morning coffee and get biscuits to take back to condo for everyone. (But you can dine in as well) Very friendly service and they also serve lunch options.

    Quiet Thursday since school started

Had an early lunch to escape the electrical work in my home. This is a laid back beachy coffee shop that serves breakfast, lunch, baked goods and ice cream in addition to coffee drinks, smoothies and tea. Today was super quiet with school back in session! Staff accommodated my request for a light toast on the panini since I just had a root canal. I love looking at all the beachy decor and gain inspiration each time I relax here. This Wharf location is super busy in summer but has outside porch seating with umbrellas when its cool and for those with doggos! Total bill for all pictured was $17.04 and I happily left a tip for the counter staff. fyi There's a second location on the beach road at Hotel Indigo.

The place is not only super cute inside and severed friendly but the coffee made it even better. I got the salted Carmel and they didn't have a sugar free option so i got it Half sweet. It was Amazing!

Nicely designed space. The service at the counter was good and our food came out quick. Chloe- Avocado Egg Melt- 3/5 Every bite of egg was covered by the cheese and plenty of avocado. Liked the addition of salsa. After some salt and pepper it was a good nutritious start of the day. Jackson- Cinnamon Maple Crème Brûlée Latte- 5/5 The latte had a strong Crème Brûlée flavor while still having a solid taste of espresso! Steak, Egg, and Cheese Wrap- 3/5 The steak and egg were unseasoned however the steak was very tender. After adding some salt & pepper along with the delicious salsa, it tasted great! The salsa was very good and tasted homemade with the perfect amount of spice. Overall-3.5/5

Grits were like soup and the cheese didn't even melt in it. Very expensive for what you got.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. There was someone playing live music at certain times of the day. The room was clean and had a simple but nice setup. The shower had great water temperature and pressure. We had an ocean view room which was worth the extra cost. Waking up to the beach every morning was so satisfying. Reading on the balcony while listening to the ocean sounds and watching the waves was everything that I needed. The hotel has beach towels that are easily checked out through a machine. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available first come first serve to hotel guests which is very convenient. There was a heated outdoor pool, a volleyball net and a few games inside. We ate all of our meals at the hotel. We ate at the grab and go food spot. I ordered the feta and spinach croissant, a chocolate chip scone and a cappuccino. We also ate dinner at the latitude 30. I ordered a ceasar salad and calamari. For breakfast at latitude 30, I ordered the French toast dish that comes bacon and I ordered a side of eggs. We also ate at the fine dining restaurant onsite where I ordered the seared scallops dish and the vanilla crème brûlée. All of the meals that we ate at the hotel were very tasty. The restaurant staff were all kind and the utensils were spotless. I believe food may have also been served at the bar near the pool, but I didn't try any food from there during my visit. I really had an enjoyable time at this hotel and I plan to return in the future.

Live music every day by the pool was awesome! And talented performers! The beach itself is right behind the resort and has the softest sand. Wanted was rough but we were still able to get in a slash around and jump some waves. The property was recently purchased by new owners after being owned by sand owner who opened it in 1987, which is impressive. Mervin in the restaurant was kind and friendly and been there 12 years. Glinda in the restaurant was the SWEETEST lady there. She maker the omelettes. (Get the omelettes!! Yum!) John and Greg are great pool side bar tenders. The gentleman at the lobby bar was also friendly and attentive, we didn't catch his name. The list of things we wished were different is short. Could have used speakers playing music during the times at the pool when there wasn't live music. Wait times in the restaurant were long. (Food was hit or miss...not horrible but mostly unremarkable... However the spinach dip at the casual restaurant is off the charts and the wagyu steak at Voyagers is incredible!!) We cannot say enough about the marvelous staff. We will definitely be back! We wish them luck in this transition.

ATMOSPHERE Nothing too special about the atmosphere here. I just love that. It was nice clean open area with large windows and plenty of seating and easy to get around. Love that pimento cheese ball appetizer with that blueberry pepper jelly! For lunch, I had the meat and three. It was all good, especially the collard greens. SERVICE THIS WAS MAYBE SOME OF THE BEST SERVICE I HAD THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN ORANGE BEACH THIS WEEKEND. OUR SERVER WAS SO AMAZING. I HATE THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME, BUT SHE WAS ON TOP OF IT AND SUPER DELIGHTFUL. DRINKS The bar area looked really nice. Most of my table had iced tea which everybody enjoyed. I also got a beer from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I was very impressed by their beer selection and they are a verified venue on the Untappd app so you can go to that app to look at all the beer selection and even filter and sort the beers so that you can have an easier time selecting the proper beverage. It even came out in a glass that matched the beer that I had! I like that extra touch.

But it was brought with the meal. The salad was fresh and crisp, with a surprise of a small Peppa dew pepper. Blazing red with a little heat and delicious. Haven't seen them in a restaurant ever. Unfortunately my fish and potatoes were cold, cold and butter congealed. The greens were warm and good I had also ordered the cornbread. It was refreshing to see that it wasn't the usual cake like kind, plus not the ultra sweet kind either. More bread like with a hint of sweetness. Delicious. The fish and potatoes had a nice flavor but unfortunately the cold food spoiled the experience. Since I was a guest of my sister I didn't say anything about the cold food. What a disappointment. Maybe when I return things will be better.
