You scheduled and then you get a call back changing dates and times that don't work well for you or you have to speak to them right then and there because of the lack of personnel available to return calls promptly when you can accurately make appointment. They have a email and phone system that worked at one point and had you verify your appointment and it stopped. Now they want to charge you for not confirming your appointment via email as it states. They do not follow up with you or make you feel welcomed to come back to receive other services. Very non-nonchalant attitude and always an excuse for them that is supposed to be alright with you the customer. The style I asked for called for curly hair and she pulled out straight hair. So I asked and she assured me she would curl it to get the same look. My second mistake not leaving at that point. So I was quoted 3 hours, now it's 2am and she is "finished". Mind you, I have two bags of rods in my hair and no one wants me to have to spend 45 minutes under the dryer, so I am told to go home and complete the style myself. What. ....I have to get up at 6am. Let me remind you it's 2am and I am not even home yet. Needless to say it's now 3 am and I can't lay down because there are a million rods in my hair. So pissed off. I can't believe I paid for this, so I am asking the stylist questions. When did you last do crochet braids? A few months ago. Huh? I seriously think it was her first time. What a complete mess, I think she is still in hair school. So now I am questioning if she is a licensed stylist. I am beyond disappointed, this was my first and last time.
