They do not follow up with you or make you feel welcomed to come back to receive other services. The style I asked for called for curly hair and she pulled out straight hair. So I asked and she assured me she would curl it to get the same look. My second mistake not leaving at that point. So I was quoted 3 hours, now it's 2am and she is "finished". Mind you, I have two bags of rods in my hair and no one wants me to have to spend 45 minutes under the dryer, so I am told to go home and complete the style myself. What. ....I have to get up at 6am. Let me remind you it's 2am and I am not even home yet. Needless to say it's now 3 am and I can't lay down because there are a million rods in my hair. So pissed off. I can't believe I paid for this, so I am asking the stylist questions. When did you last do crochet braids? A few months ago. Huh? I seriously think it was her first time. What a complete mess, I think she is still in hair school. So now I am questioning if she is a licensed stylist. I am beyond disappointed, this was my first and last time.
