I have a neck and shoulder condition that requires monthly massage, so when we moved to the Cape I looked for a massage therapist and found Laura. I consider her massages essential to my physical health. She has healing hands and can find any area in you body that may need to be addressed. When you walk out of her office you feel like you have a rejuvenated body. I have had massages with other many other therapists over the last 15 years, but Laura has healing hands and is clearly the best one I've found. She gets results because she cares and really wants to relieve the pain or discomfort you may be having, For example, last year I had complications from meniscus (knee) surgery and it wasn't healing. They were very rude about it instead of trying to problem solve. My niece got her nails done at an earlier appointment that day and she was told they would not do designs on her nails because there wasn't enough time. They should have informed her of that at the time of booking. They do not manage their schedules well and they overbook themselves so they cannot fulfill all of their appointments. Ours was not working. *There was a blown transformer in the area that impacted the room of two in our group. Communication is key during power outage events such as this during record heat. The power outage also impacted the plumbing in their building. Several nights comped eased the pain!
