Please keep in mind that they have a 24 hour strict cancellation policy. I'm surprised to see that there are very low rated reviews about this place. My advice is to ask for Abel and get the 80 minute massage as 50 goes by in the blink of an eye! While visiting the spa you also have access to the locker rooms with showers, bathrooms, beauty bar complete with hair dryers, shampoo, etc, a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The attendant in the women's locker area, Gigi, was super kind and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, she was great! Besides the incredible staff, the ambience of the spa is nice but pretty underwhelming. My mom and I both noticed that the jacuzzi located inside the women's facility had very uncomfortable seating. For example, some jacuzzis are fully tiled on the inside so you can sit on the stairs or the seating but all is tile and flat. The jacuzzi at the spa had a prickly plaster-like interior on the seating, steps, and bottom of the hot tub that was very uncomfortable to sit on so I didn't spend long in here. The outside jacuzzi by the adult pool is much better. While the overall ambiance and decor was nice, like I said I felt underwhelmed. The service was incredible but I wish they'd do more with the space!

I went back this morning for another massage with another therapist, as my initial appointment may have been a one/off experience. And it DEFINITELY was a one off experience. Today I was with Ivan. What an amazing massage. He was on point from the initial meeting through the end of the massage, continually checking in and working through the knots in each muscle group I had tightness in. It left me feeling refreshed and wished I could have spent more time with him. Definitely a place to try when in Miami or go to frequently if you live here. And while they have a vast team, I recommend Ivan. I look forward to my next massage with him. Previous massage: The massage was just okay. The massage felt more like using pressure point rather than a traditional massage. I did clarify with the staff that I selected the correct massage package and they confirmed I did. As others mentioned it is a common space area, with curtains in between each treatment area. It certainly provides privacy but if you are someone who must have a room with walls and a door this may not be your place. The price I thought was average for the massage and facility. Checking was easy as well. Once I entered in the hotel lobby, the front desk gave me a key card to enter the P level where the spa is. The spa front desk was friendly. Note: They charge an automatic 20% gratuity when you check in. I was escorted to the locker room (which is on the smaller side) and given a robe, towel, and slippers. I was then escorted to their Relaxation room. The Relaxation Room had pretty limited amenities. Basically just water. I think it's more of just a holding room before your massage. My massage therapist was, Denisse. She was super sweet and professional. I expressed in the beginning that I liked firm pressure to get rid of the knots in my shoulder area. She was only able to maintain that for a little bit and then it was more gentle strokes that were relaxing but didn't do anything to release my muscles. Not a bad massage, just different. Afterwards I checked out the sauna in the locker room. It was off so it took some time to heat up, but since I came on a weekday, I had it all to myself. The gym was a pretty standard hotel gym but had free weights, treadmill, spin bikes etc. It was actually on the larger side and had a great view. I didn't get a chance to try the steam room, but they had that available as well. I also didn't get a chance to lounge in the pool area, but I took a peek and it looked really nice and no one was even out there (it was a Thursday afternoon).
