Although, it is a drive for me since I'm just minutes away from the Avon location I may be visiting this salon more often. There was only one employee in the salon, wish I would have gotten her name! Everything was hands free, I was able to scan my card myself as well. I hope that STC continues to do this after things return to normal as well. She checked me in, made sure I had everything I needed and got me in my room quickly. Everything was clean and wiped down, I saw her sanitizing things in the salon as I was leaving too. A few minutes after leaving she called me because I left my lotion in the room. This is a new bottle so I was super grateful she called. Then when I got there she even brought it out to my car and it looked like she had even wiped it down! I look forward to returning.

Lots of dryers, most of them in working order. Huge place that was mostly clean besides all of the spent dryer sheets lying about that other patrons failed to place in the waste baskets. In addition to the hours, I love that there was an attendant on duty. Felt safe here unlike some of the other laundromats I have been to in the past. TVs, vending machines, change machines fully stocked as well as a bill exchanger. Automatic doors are a big help when hauling baskets of wash in and out of the building. Sitting areas, some with tables. Not too crowded at all, but enough washers and dryers to accommodate many people at once if they were there. I was also happy to see that the tanning area was still open. I would be reluctant to tan while my things were in the wash, as I had my laundry stolen once years ago when I left it unattended somewhere else... but it is nice to know this is there. I had tanned at the place that was previously in this building back in 2008. I still had some tans left on my account when I moved away for awhile. This building sure has been expanded to a much larger business since those days. A good addition to Speedway. I am a little afraid to tan too often with all of the warnings now, but I might go and check it out soon.

I thought that if I got some color beforehand, I could be full #TeamSunscreen during the entire trip. I had never gotten a spray tan before and I was nervous to do it because let's be honest, we've all seen spray tans go wrong. I read sooooo many reviews and ended up choosing this biz! Bronze2U uses "solutions that are natural and organically infused with Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Vitamins A, E & C. They're FDA certified Vegan, Gluten Free, Paraben Free, and there's NO animal testing involved." Impressive! Other (cheaper) locations use an ingredient that can make you orange, but not here. The natural ingredients also didn't break my sensitive skin out at all either. The owner Bree brings a pop-up tent and spray tan machine with her, directly to your home. She quickly sets up in a few minutes and has you strip down to whatever you feel comfortable in. She put lotion on the parts that tend to keep extra color: elbows, knees, toes, etc. She then did the whole spray tan in under five minutes. She then puts powder on you to keep it on and you're instructed to wear baggy clothes while you wait. The tan didn't wash off on anything though - I'm impressed! You can choose to get the medium tan, which is the cheaper option and has you waiting six hours before showering. There is also the quick tan option which is more expensive, but let's you shower in only an hour or two (you choose when to shower based on how dark you want it to be). I did the medium tan, waited six hours, rinsed off, and was impressed by the natural color I had. It looks so natural and glowy. Sooooo good! Bree is also is an esthetician and has a location downtown in the XG Groom Room, where she will also start doing spray tans soon too. I'll definitely be doing this again!

I actually went to her building, which was easy to find, has easy parking that only costed me about $2.20 for 2 hours (I definitely did not need that much time but I'm an over preparer when it comes to downtown parking).
