Upon arrival to my appointment I immediately noticed how nice and clean her studio was. She did a skin evaluation on my face and curated a facial regimen specifically for me and my problem areas. I went in for shoulder pain and Lydia was pretty certain i had frozen shoulder with poor range of motion. When i left, my range of motion had greatly improved.
