The prices are extremely fair and there is no price gouging. Even though I decided to go with 979 last minute, the owner was wonderful and made time to fit me in. When I showed up, he was ready for me and walked me through the whole process as well as showed me the different tint levels. Once I picked out the level of tent, I wanted, he showed me to the waiting room, and there were plenty of snacks and great beverages to choose from. The waiting area was a great place to sit and wait for my car. After the Work was done, he showed me around the vehicle and explained everything to me and the dos and don'ts with my new tint. I was extremely pleased with the work and I will be bringing back my vehicle here for future services. You won't go wrong if you schedule with 979 tint.

Now they were not the cheapest or the most expensive quote I got but their attention to detail and actually listening to what I wanted done and helping me decide on how dark to tint my front windshield, sealed the deal for me. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome, quality of the tint is great. The only reason I did but give a five star rating was they had a couple communication hiccups.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was excellent. I believe Christana was the receptionist who helped me, and Brian handled the installation. The tint made a noticeable difference in reducing the heat and added some privacy, which is especially helpful in Vegas. Wanted to move away from 3M film (don't like the purple) and was not crazy about doing Llumar film again. I did some research which seemed to point to XPEL film doing the job. We went with the Plus film which specs to 96% IR and 99% UV rejection. The Plus is a bit more expensive but for us, worth it. While no film will insulate against ambient heat, we already notice a huge positive difference in keeping the heat from the Las Vegas Sun out. I chose 55 on the windscreen and 20 on the other windows. Wife's car was 55 and 35 respectively. The team at XPEL Vegas was professional and efficient. Cars were on time and look great. When you choose a company to tint your windows you want to work with a quality shop with a good reputation and use quality film. Not the $199 jobs that look purple and bubble after a short time. You need to work with someone you trust because a lesser dealer can swap you out for a cheaper film and you would likely never know it. Choose XPEL Vegas, a professional dealer you can trust.

XPEL heavily promotes its warranty, yet it apparently covers next to nothing in practice. This leads me to suspect the shop uses subpar material as the issue feels far from normal. For context, I own a Jeep Gladiator that I tinted with ceramic film at another shop it's frequently taken off-roading, gets caked in dirt, and shows zero damage to the tint despite far harsher conditions. When I expressed how much these marks were bothering me, the shop offered no follow-up solutions or remedies beyond the ineffective warranty. Given the premium price paid for this service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid similar frustrations.

First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

I'm almost embarrassed to write this review after the bonehead error I made. I wanted to visit an…read morehistorical site about 25 miles from Las Vegas. When I arrived, I saw that the Union Pacific Railroad had fenced and locked the gate to the road you used to use to get to the spot. Just after the fence was a dirt road leading to where I wanted to go. I went off road, realized the ground was soft, but I was able to get up 2/3 of the hill before my car wouldn't go any further. It was like being in the snow back in New York. I backed down the hill expecting to just drive away and foprget this outking. However, that idea was abandoned when my car got stuck in very soft and deep desert sand and some dead creosote bushes had stopped by backward progress. Here I am, stuck about 5 miles from a truck stop and I had no water (some desert rat I am)! After wondering what to do, I finally called the non=-emergency 311 number. I explained by predicament and asked if they could advise me what to do. This was the North Las Vegas police department. They decided it would be best to talk top Las Vegas Metro Police and they transferred me. Metro decided it was best to transfer the call to the Nevada Highway Patrol given I was in them middle of nowhere. After talking to NHP for a short ime, the call was cut off. Using Yelp, I eventually got connected with a towing service out of North Las Vegas (Elite Towing). They knew my general location and what I needed. In about 3/4 of an hour, I saw the flatbed arrive. I was going to be extricated from the mess I had gotten myself in. The driver came over and started up the hill and would pull the front out. When he realized the softness of the sand, he backed down and decided to pull the car from the back end. He attached the winch cables and I was told to turn the wheel when the car was leaving the sand and getting onto the packed gravel road, and it worked just fine! I was free. The driver, a very pleasant young man, disconnected the cables and I was free to go. I made no attempts to get to the site. I had learned my lesson. After a quick turn around, I was headed back to Las Vegas. Many thanks to Elite Towing for their response which was timely given where I was. I also decided that I'd rent a four wheel drive when I go back. (some people never learn)! I knew I shouldn't have traded my 4x4 xTerra. But I lknow if I'm in range where I can get help, Elite will be there to rescue the jerk who got himself stuck in the desert.

I brought my new car in to The Specialists to have Cquartz Finest applied after having the opportunity to see it on another customer's vehicle prior to my consultation. The product is amazing. The depth of color, clarity and overall glass-like appearance was nothing short of spectacular. Both Theo and Corey thoroughly explained the process as well as the products to be used and their purpose. They took the time to answer all my questions in person, over the phone and via text. I felt extremely comfortable knowing that my vehicle would be in good hands and trusted their experience and attention to detail. What came as a surprise to me was that new cars are actually delivered from the factory often requiring color correction, swirl/scratch removal and polish. My car was no exception. It looked fantastic upon delivery and even BETTER after Theo and Corey did the prep work and applied coatings of Cquartz Finest to all the painted surfaces and trim. I know very little about cars so ventures into maintenance and repair can be a bit intimidating, and noticing the three foot wave-like scratch from my front passenger tire to my back passenger door certainly didn't make me feel any better. Yelp reviews, and an informative conversation with Theodore, spurred me into driving across town to visit The Specialists Automotive Detail Studio--I'm so thankful I did. When I arrived Theodore met me, examined the scratch, and we discussed the effectiveness of different solutions. He explained the process in a clear manner, which was important to me considering how little I knew about what needed to be done and left me feeling comfortable and confident in my decision. When my car was returned a short while later, I was smitten. My experience left me feeling informed and well cared for, and more than anything it managed to make light of what, only a few days prior, had been a headache of a situation. Theo and his team are amazing!!!! Great customers service, easy to work with, and made my car look better than the day I bought it new. During the whole process I got updates via email or text and photos of the progress. Theo and team are so meticulous you don't have to worry about leaving your baby there for a few days. It's true amazing to see the difference between your car the day you drop it off and the day you pick it up. Theo and Corey are the only detailers I will allow to touch my cars. They are both stand up guys who are obviously very passionate about what they do. They will not sacrifice quality of workmanship for any reason, often working late into the night on my cars to make sure they are perfect! I had them color sand, level, polish and c-Quartz compound my santorini blue M3 for SEMA. The paint was like glass and I received many compliments from professionals in the detailing industry that 'obviously someone who knew what they were doing has been taking care of your car' I highly recommend them to all of my friends. They color-corrected and CQuartz'd our car straight from the dealership and it looks better than anything in the showroom. The guys are meticulous and Theo sends pictures with progress. I am doing this in three stages and recently completed Stage 1. My three stages are: Stage 1 is applying paint protection film (PPF). They did a fantastic job with this. They thoroughly washed the car before they started, noted nicks and chips and touched those up for me. Then they applied the film over the front, the mirrors, the door edges and the back below the hatch. They sent me photos throughout the installation process and kept me informed. I picked the car up on Friday and they made an appointment for me to come back in two weeks to check on the film. That's caring about doing the job correctly. Stage2 will be about applying a ceramic coating Stage 3 wil be to tint the windows to stop the effects of UV rays and infrared. Everyone at the shop was professional and easy to deal with. Owner Rich Light, who has trained many people in his 30+ years in the business, clearly takes pride in his work and customer service. And it's obvious he expects that from his employees. Unfortunately my Cadillac was recently run through a dealership car wash (something that should never happen to a properly maintained car). The result was exactly what you'd expect -- swirl marks and damage to the finish that had previously been flawless. There was only one place I trusted to fix it. Rich immediately stepped in and made sure everything was handled properly. Steve, Natalia, and Amanda were fantastic throughout the entire process -- professional, organized, and incredibly responsive. They kept me informed and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. But what really makes this place special is the team in the back. The technicians who actually do the correction work are true craftsmen. The level of detail and care they put into the paint is on another level. When I picked the car up it honestly looked better than the day I bought it. The finish is now deep, flawless, and protected again. Exactly what you want when you care about your car. I was informed there would be a $50 estimate fee, which I had no problem paying, but after agreeing to it, I received another call suggesting I may want to find someone closer to my area instead. I completely understand businesses setting travel fees or service areas, but the communication made it feel like my project was more of an inconvenience than a valued opportunity. Got on Yelp to get some quotes (getting my front windshield, side and back windows as well) and after some messages decided to go with 979 Tint. Now they were not the cheapest or the most expensive quote I got but their attention to detail and actually listening to what I wanted done and helping me decide on how dark to tint my front windshield, sealed the deal for me. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome, quality of the tint is great. The only reason I did but give a five star rating was they had a couple communication hiccups.

I'd say it's around 20k miles on road trips, most of which I was awake for watching tv. Trust me, the Lord of the Rings, the entire series of Suits, and Billions helped and the longest straight stretch was about 26 hours. Thankfully FSD alarms you when it's pulling off the highway for sparks Sadly she wasn't celebrated like her family members on our White House lawn Not sure if I was going to stay in Vegas, last summer I spent it downhill mountain biking around Colorado. Racing to the lifts a rock flew out the back of a dump truck on the interstate spider cracking the windshield. That was a first. I waited until the end of summer to replace it, and I kid you not a week later, behind a lifted 4x4 three rocks took out the second. FML. Before I replaced it for a third time, I researched ways to prevent this. The car body is already covered in 3M PPF, with a 10 year Ceramic Pro coating, and I learned about product called Windshield Skin ( @windshieldskin ). Engineered to 8 and 12mil thicknesses for durability it's meant to absorb a direct hit, up to size of a silver dollar. After spending a fortune fixing the glass I didn't want to have to do that again. In Vegas only two shops dealt with how difficult this install is. I selected Fresh Detail LV ( @freshdetaillv ) and opted for the thickest custom ordered 12mil edition. Not only did they flawlessly install it, but I have a bit more confidence I won't have ( knock on wood ) to fix the glass again. I highly recommend them if you're in town. As an engineer with a bit of OCD it took forever to solve this. I share this because just like the toughest bugs we battle, our outside lives often have the same challenges. Because I love outdoor sports, I'll never drive a car I own without this on it again.

The wrap was nothing short of embarrassing. Some edges were rolled, some weren't, air bubbles all over, wrap was lifting on almost all edges, doors were taken off and put back with HUGE door gaps, misaligned, brackets and push pins were cracked, broken, or missing, etc Reached out to a local Cybertruck FB group for some much needed help. Mario (owner) from MADhouse Detailing & Customs reached out and literally came to the rescue! Had the old wrap taken off and literally had to start from scratch. All the edges were rolled perfectly. Had the cantrails taken off and grind so the spacing is more uniform. Also had the door jambs painted to match the wrap and boy, did they turn out amazing! This is not a paid review.
