I brought my GT3 in for a refresh on the ceramic coating and to have the wheels coated. Theo suggested an interior detail since the steering wheel alcantara had become kind of matted down and lost its texture. They did an amazing job, car looks better than off the showroom floor and the steering wheel looks brand new again. When I picked up the car it was running rough and went into limp mode. Theo arranged to have it towed by enclosed trailer to the dealer to be checked out. He also helped me get it looked at the same day after the dealer said their earliest opening was two weeks out. It turned out to just be a bad spark plug that was an easy fix, but Theo went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely a 5 star experience and highly recommend them for any detailing or customization work. The attention to detail is off the charts. There's a reason you see them working on so many Porsche's and exotic cars when you're in the shop. read more

4 years later, and everyone that sees it thinks it's still brand new! I'm now ready to trade my Model X in on a new Model S. Thanks again for the great work! -- Original review from Aug 2017 -- Theodore and Tony performed a 3 step paint correction to bring out the real shine of the X, then they applied c.Quartz Finest Reserve which makes the X look like it's practically dripping in gloss. They also coordinated getting the rims re-colored from silver to satin black, a 3 part process of acid dipping, media blasting, and powder coating. Those that know me will quickly admit that my 'attention to detail' is through the roof. I have finally met two other people who are at least on-par with me (if not bit more detail oriented) when it comes to vehicle finish! I have pictures of Theodore sitting on a stool with a fine brush in hand detailing my brake calipers! They were both amazingly friendly and had no problems answering my most inane questions and catering to my paranoia when I wondered if the wheel crew re-mounted the right tires to the right rims (the X has staggered rims / tires front to back). Pros: Very nice staff, very helpful with question quick turn over time Cons: expensive, they missed multiple spots I really liked the staff here but considering this place is pretty expensive for a wash, and interior vacuum I would expect spots to not be missed. They forgot to wipe down the side mirrors, the rear passenger size window wasn't wiped at all, my mudflaps weren't even touched and the area where the trunk button is still had a decent dirt as well the back of the drivers seat. On the plus side they were really good with removing my beagles pet hair in the bad seat. For $55 for a car wash missing these spots are pretty disheartening considering this place was highly recommended by my friends. read more

There are times in the automotive world where you would be ecstatic to just have your expectations met...I picked up my 10 year old black Audi A3 from the guys and I was blown away with the quality of this paint correction. Fantastic scratch repair!!! While touring at the Grand Canyon, a child picked up a rock and used the side of our "almost 1-year old" Honda CRV as a chalk board! If I could give these guys no stars I would. I came in with my Hummer and was told by Theo he would call me with a quote to get it blacked out. In the mean time I had his mobile detail guy come and do my car at my house a week later. Jason, the detailer did my Truck at my house, but not without a price. He took all the loose change out of my console and even left a McDonald's wrapper in my truck. I didn't notice this until after I gave him a $20 tip. He told me Theo hadn't forgotten me and was waiting on a quote for me. That was a week into it. This took place in August. Never got that quote I was looking forward to after I took the time to drive my truck down there. My husband is stationed in Texas. I can't say enough good things about my experience here and the quality/value of work they provide! I took my 2008 BMW here for a quote to fix what looked like water spot etching. I was impressed by the attention to detail Theodore had inspecting my paint and the knowledge he had about how to fix it. From then on there was no doubt in my head they would do exceptional work. Outstanding work, Etching was gone, removed a 12 in scratch in the paint, restored the oxidized aluminum trim, pulled out an irregular half dollar sized dent under the BMW emblem, which doesn't even show anymore; touched up paint looked better than when I bought the car (just to name a few things they did great). Theo is the best in the business. I had him do a paint and headlight correction on my lancer and he made my car look like it was when I first bought it back in 2008. I was unable to see my headlights unless I had on the high beams. With his headlight correction they look like I put new headlights on my car. He was able to repair the scratches I had on my bumper from when someone backed into my car. You cant even see where the car hit mine.
