I feel like we've given it a fair chance, but at this point I strongly recommend against eating there; the food and service have gotten pretty bad. Just a few days ago, we were there, and although the restaurant was not crowded (maybe 10-15 people total, in the two large main dining areas?), it was going on an hour and a half without our having received our food. We asked for a few additional rolls, just to tide us over, but the server forgot about it, and -- ridiculously -- they were only provided as we had finished eating and were ready to depart. A number of the restaurant's employees were just hanging out together at the checkout counter, conversing; laughing, and having a great time (which is apparently more important to them than serving their clientele). I approached them and asked them why our food had not been provided, and the only response I got -- from some strange-looking small fellow with a long ponytail -- was something to the effect of, "Oh, yeah!? Well, you have no idea how busy we are!"
