This truck is run by a very sweet couple and the products vary from stuffed waffles, snacks, and beverages. It makes a wonderful start to your day I promise. Stuffed waffles include a sausage, egg & cheese, Monte Cristo, blueberries & cream, pepperoni pizza, chicken n waffles, and apple pie. The sausage egg and cheese is perfectly done, not too hot spice wise, perfectly fried egg and just enough cheese and a side of syrup and fusting of powdered sugar. The Monte Cristo is your brunch style waffle with ham and turkey and cheese and a side of raspberry sauce(OH YUM!)and a dusting of powdered sugar. Unfortunately, the hours are wonky. And half of the time the order spiciness level does not come out as requested. Specifically, asking for something 'spicy level 4' and it comes '3' or vice/versa asking for 'spicy level 2' and it comes out of '4'. As this is a food truck, we don't know about it until we get all the way home; And we don't really feel like driving another 10 minutes to go back and have them correct it. Wouldn't normally be a deal breaker but for a family of 7, it tends to be a problem when half of our dinner is an edible for the kids.
