I had purchased a tuxedo from another company, and I found the sleeves were too long, and the pants a little tight in the seat. I came in and Gregory had his tailor work his magic on my Tux, despite not having purchased it from him. I felt like he gave me the type of personal concern that I almost never find anymore. I honestly wish I had found his store before I bought my tuxedo somewhere else, however he took what I came in with and made it shine. He has earned a customer for life in me.

There's even a plant shop in the back which will make you feel (or at least me feel) like a jungle explorer, with pots and pots of exotic specimens. I knew I was going to be a fan of this place after I noticed they carried cards from an Etsy seller who sold me some darling holiday cards a couple of years ago. A very Etsy-ian establishment, so you can feel good shopping at a local store offering many locally-made items. Plus, there is no dearth of employees patrolling the floor, and they're nice too. The checkout area is at the front, off to one side. I was told when I made the return that all I'd need was my ID -- the store keeps the slip on file. When I gave my name and ID, the associate couldn't find my slip. Instead of continuing to look thoroughly, he accused me of already using the credit or that it wasn't in my name, suggesting I was trying to get over on the store. This was said in front of other customers, which left me feeling humiliated, disrespected, and singled out. I later found a picture of my slip and saw the store had made the error -- my name was written incorrectly on their end. Which was funny because I was told it was my fault and that in all the years the store had been operating, they had "never made a mistake." My name starts with an "S" why was there an "M" on the slip, I have no clue. Even after it was clear I was right, there was no apology or effort to make things right. In that moment, I did not feel I was given the same respect or fair treatment that another customer might have received. The entire interaction was unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

When I brought this to their attention, their response was not just dismissive -- it was downright condescending. They told me the return "shouldn't have been necessary" and claimed I "chose to proceed" with the order despite the error -- which is flat-out false. I placed the order first, noticed the issue later, and asked them to clarify. Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.
