The owner invited us to review the surveillance footage. Unfortunately, the video quality was far too poor to determine the denomination of the bill. Once it became clear that the footage was inconclusive, I ended the discussion because I accepted that neither side could prove who was correct. As my husband and I were leaving, the situation took a shocking turn. The owner repeatedly shouted "CHEATERS!" at us in front of other customers and ordered us to leave the store. He did this multiple times, despite the fact that the surveillance video had not established that we had done anything dishonest. There is a profound difference between a disputed transaction and publicly accusing customers of cheating. Honest mistakes can happen in any business. Public humiliation without evidence is something entirely different. This review is not about ten dollars. Had the matter ended with an unresolved disagreement, I would never have written this review. It is about dignity, professionalism, and basic respect. I sincerely hope no other customer experiences the same treatment

The wine is delicious and sweet. Blood honey comes in a bottle that looks like a bourbon bottle and it is eye catching. I also love what I call "church wine" which is their concord red wine. We were searching for a couple specific bottles that are hard to come across. Even though they did not have it in stock, she offered us many other options that are similar. That said, it appears one can only buy wine and hard alcohol at the state-run "Fine Wine and Good Spirits," while you can buy individual bottles of beer at lots of places and cases of beer at others. I've bought wine and harder stuff at two Greensburg locations now-- this one and the one by the Big Lots-- and this location is definitely the superior of the two. The selection seems better, and the employees are very willing to help you find what you're looking for. Prices vary; I've seen some wines that were super cheap and some that seemed outlandishly expensive. Overall you don't really have many shopping options in the area as far as adult beverages, but if you're looking for wine in Greensburg this seems to be the place to go. Note: the address is misleading, since everything in this area seems to say it's on Route 30. It's actually behind the mall, right by Winghart's.
