At Spoke on the Center I only had the shake, but the price of 5$ for a large was pretty reasonable. The chicken south was pretty appetizing, it was just your average shake nothing special. The restaurant was beautifully settled in the corner of one of the various hotspots around Moab. The COVID-19 guidelines where very strict among the employees but for the customers it was not as enforced. overall it was a nice stop towards the end of our stay in Moab. read more

The bacon wrapped meatloaf with mashed potatoes and veggies was a decadent feast - replenished all of the calories I burned off while hiking, and then some. The polygamy porter was nice and smooth - reminiscent of a Guinness. The fish tacos were a little disappointing (according to my wife, not much fish and bland rice), but my wife liked the apricot Hefeweizen. Reasonable prices and decent service. read more

I'm giving the food 2 stars but i really liked the outdoor seating. It's a great location and fun to sit outside and see all the activity. Our waiter forgot to put in our order and didn't offer to comp anything, which I found to be a miss. If I made a mistake as a server I always tried to make it up to my customers. After he put the order in finally, the appetizer and salads came out at the same time, even after I asked them to hold the salads. This seems to be typical in Moab - maybe to get people in and out - but I don't like it. We had the loaded fries - so so. Small portion size and all the bacon was at the bottom. My husband's beet salad was average - nothing surprising but not bad. My Caesar was not as good as the one I get in the bag at Trader Joe's. A bit watery and a disappointment after waiting so long. We did enjoy the draft beer - I had a local Hefeweizen which was fun and different. read more

Great selection of craft and local beers. I had a burger with goat cheese and Anaheim peppers. It was great. Sweet potato tots were an up charge and were just ok. We sat outside. Just ate at The Spoke. Marginal food quality. Burger was not done as ordered even after a second was requested because the first was so dry I couldn't choke it down after the first two bites. The meatloaf is UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Legitimately one of the best meals I have had in awhile. The meatloaf is pork, beef and chorizo wrapped in bacon!!! The gravy was delicious with the mashed potatoes. I also ordered the spinach, almond and beet salad which was delicious as well. It was a big salad. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you are coming to Moab. Supposedly this is an amazing place for ice cream, and it pretty much always has a line around the corner to order it at the window. Unfortunately, after waiting in line for 30 minutes (with only about 6 people in front of us), they weren't able to scoop 2 of their 8 ice cream flavors because it was frozen too solid. Yes, apparently that's a thing that can happen to one of the most popular ice cream shops in Moab that's been open for who knows how many years. read more

I hardly ever give a bad restaurant reviews. I'll make an exception for this place. We saw the location while passing through Moab to Arches National Park. After our visit to the park we found a close parking space. I was surprised to find a short waiting line and we were seated relatively quickly. This is where the trouble started. Although they seamed to have plenty of help plus I give businesses a big break on how quick they are since the lack of workers/COVID but it took our waiter 20 minutes to get to us for a drink order. In fact my brother in law was calling another restaurant when he appeared. We decided to go ahead and order and placed our food, drink and alcohol orders. Now that I knew who our waiter was I watched him and noticed he paid more attention to the ice cream girls (there was a walk up ice cream window within the restaurant). When my meal finally arrived my food was lukewarm and they didn't bring my drink. To be honest I can't remember what I had to eat even though it was only two nights ago because the only memorable thing was the poor service by our waiter. I would look at the other reviews but if you get the waiter we had your better off leaving. You should recognize him he is the one flirting with the girls in the ice cream bar! read more

We stopped in this place mid afternoon after arriving to town. We were starving so picked the first place and went. It took sometime to get service as I guess there was confusion on who was going to take the one table in the restaurant, but the server was friendly once he came over. I ordered a burger with a side salad and fried egg and my boyfriend ordered the meatloaf. The burger was ok but pretty dry and the egg was over cooked. I ordered a side salad but they brought fries which was fixed right away and the meatloaf was okay. We got the beet salad and was a large portion but the beets didn't taste fresh and the dressing was seeping thru the paper cups it was in. The salmon was overly salty and also did not taste fresh. The veggies were the best part but also over salted. The rice tasted old and dry and only tried a couple bites. The BBQ pork was decent but veggies were also too salty. We also tried the ceviche but was basically veggies and a few small pieces of fish that also tasted frozen. Unfortunately I won't try this again when visiting Moab. read more

I liked it! Not sure why the other reviews were just okay. Our food Was Good. Mike our server was Pleasant and hospitable. My daughter got the quinoa salad with grilled chicken and loved it! Very fresh with hot grilled chicken on it and huge blackberries to go with the fresh citrus salad dressing. I got a burger with delicious grilled veggies. My husband ate a really satisfying pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and a couple of beers. My son got a shake burgers and fries and didn't say a word until he ate it all! The Spoke on Center is a great place for lunch or dinner in Moab. It's right in the middle of downtown, and they have a great patio to enjoy the nice weather. I had their fresh grilled salmon and it was very good. Their facilities are a bit dated and could use an update. read more

There is a reason this place is rated so low. Won't be coming here again. We ordered a Moab Sunrise and a jalapeño margarita. Asked to get the lower cost tequila, said yes, then served me patron and charged full price. When my margarita came out (from the kitchen) because this isn't a "bar" there was no simple syrup in it. Sent it back, came out just as bad. Asked the server who was standing behind the bar if he had sugar and his reply was just "NO". Then I pointed to the sugar caddy behind him. Probably started out with ice cream but is a full fledged restaurant now, I had the meat loaf wrapped with bacon , it comes with mash potatoes and a medley of veggies, my vegetables were broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash and carrots. Overall not bad for $20 in a tourist town. We sat outside on the patio, the weather allow it. Service was questionable since they forgot the silverware then the napkins but just well enough not to be knocked down for it. Winston, staff who served my table was very attentive and professional. Caesar salad with Chicken was fresh. House made Caesar dressing had a great quality that I did not expect in tourist spot. This caesar salad comes with anchovy per guests request w/o extra. Relaxing atmosphere and arty interior adds on great food!
