I've been coming to this strike bowl for years, but some reason, there's a lady with short brown hair who always catches an attitude toward me. But I would notice she's never do that to any of the other customers. I'm mixed so I'm assuming it's because of my race? I don't know but there was a night I was there and some woman got wrongfully banned (She was a black woman) because this same lady with the short brown hair was writing down this woman's information from her ID. And after she got the poor woman banned, she was smiling and happy that she did that? I will not be returning to this casino ever again and I hope no one else goes here to support their business. The charm of this place is worth the stop all on its own! Beautifully done. Classic charm is a serious understatement. I cream, food, games and bowling. Super retro Coca-Cola is amazing! I can't help over how cute this place is set up with music match! The lanes and pins seem smaller than average. Maybe it's the space tricking me. Cause it sure feels normal lol The lanes are nicely oiled. I highly encourage a stop here! The giant scrabble and shuffle board look super fun! The kids corner looks like a blast too! I want to play on the light Brite myself ! I wish I was not full frome a late breakfast otherwise I would try the menu. Guess I will have to update next time! read more

I cannot recommend this place to others at all. After booking a birthday party, confirming that food could be brought, and arriving, the staff member Cheyenne came to tell us that outside food was not allowed and that we had been told this over the phone (and that she specifically was who took the reservation over the phone). She was immediately belligerent and defensive when questioned about the change in what was told to us. At the first suggestion to have the call recordings pulled, Cheyenne opted to have security called instead to throw away the food. Unneeded, as the outside food was already in the process of being removed. The food was thrown away and the party continued fine. I would NOT have written this review based on the above experience alone, as this has already been detailed in another review. At this point, a Strike Bowl staff member, Omar T., has taken it upon himself to attempt to discredit the review with falsehoods: No staff member had anyone curse at them. I personally was the one talking with them. I have worked at a bowling alley myself, among other customer service jobs. I absolutely empathize with the employees over entitled customers. That is not what happened here unfortunately. Whether it was a miscommunication that was handled poorly by employees or a genuine lack of competence, the experience was terrible and the staff's (Omar T) reaction to this is acutely unprofessional. read more

Strike! is such a great little bowling alley! I'm surprised! I've been bowling here twice and enjoyed it every time. Located in the Laughlin River Lodge along the Colorado River, this 10-lane bowling alley is new so it's sparkling clean. You can rent shoes for $3.50, and prices for lanes vary on the weekday vs. weekends. Obviously weeknights are cheaper. They also offer an all-you-can-bowl package but you have to pay hourly. Unless you are super fast bowlers, you're better off paying by the game. The alley is well-lit and comfortable, with large retro booths and convenient tables. Although it's located in a casino resort, it's family-friendly and kids are welcome to bowl and at the cafe inside. They even let you bring in your own drinks, so you can save some money there. We had wine in plastic cups and nobody said a thing to us. There's a 1950s style diner inside if you're looking for an affordable snack, as well as an ice cream counter (they even have a sugar free swirl scooped ice cream that's available). My only complaint has to do with the balls (hee hee). The bowling balls are mostly heavy with huge finger holes or light with tiny finger holes, making it difficult for someone like me to find the perfect ball. I have medium-sized fingers yet I need a very lightweight ball, and I had a hard time here. Open late and never too busy, this is a fun activity if you're looking for something to do in Laughlin. read more

Booked a party here. Easily booked over the phone. Pricing worked out to like just under $10 a person bowling. the conversation consists of pricing, what day/time and how many and if we will need the party room. At the time we weren't certain but were told to call if we ended up needing it. Prior to the party once it's confirmed many people are showing up we do call and secure the party room. The day comes and I arrive before my fiancee who is picking up cake and pizza. I bring in a cooler of drinks and chips and nothing gets said to me as we start setting up. Then my fiance arrives with the pizza and cake. Then all of a sudden there is an issue. No outside food and drinks, and we were told at the time of making the reservation. When we said no, that were weren't told anything of the sort either times we called we got met with attitude and "I know I would have told you." My fiancé asks to speak with a manager and of course the bowling alley manager is not available but we can speak to a casino manager. 15 minutes go by and there's no manager to speak with at all but she called security. Between walking back to where my fiancé was and the family in the party room I could hear the 1st employee talking about us to other employees that were there. At that point we started making other arrangements to move the party elsewhere because who would want to stay there? No deposit was taken and we wasted gas traveling all the way to lodge for that so We ended up just having cake and opening presents in the party room and leaving Without bowling and having fun at the park. Maybe we should've specifically asked on the phone to cover our butts but we live and learn. We definitely learned that if a bowling party is what you want, maybe take it to the Riverside Lanes. read more

Overall horrible customer service. Three employees that did a whole lot of talking and not a lot of doing. Our food was brought to us on a table further than where we were and we were not alerted that it was ready. We made plenty of orders and this happened every time. The "mechanic" for the alley was out of uniform (beanie, dark gray shirt, jeans) and outed one of us for a celebrity shot with no bowling shoes, when someone next to us had vans on for two games. Keep in mind we spent over $100 here so we were paying good money. We complained about it to the employees since they were hardly working just to get the answer "I don't get paid enough to take the food to your table." Very unprofessional service and employee body language was awful. Upside are the cheap prices. If it weren't for the employees, the interior and environment would be a way better place. read more

The bowling was so much fun. The staff was so nice. The only downfall... My family and I were looking forward to eating there just to find out that they had no French fries. I'm guessing that they need more French fries delivered cause we went on a Monday and maybe it was really busy that past weekend. This place has so much potential for a family atmosphere. Came out here for my birthday weekend we usually come out here every summer and special occasions.. my family and I came in yesterday and noticed Darrell who assisted us he was very rude , and his rude comments and his customer service was inexcusable unfortunately he must of had a bad day I hope management speaks to him about this situation that occurred! So tonight my friend and I went bowling @ Laughlin river lodge. We saw the sign that said 4.50 per game for weekend and 3.50 per shoe rental. We both were charge for shoe and game. We got 1 game for the 2 of us on 1 lane. Devon never explained that. Than we spoke with a manager about it and she was very argumentative about it. She didn't even know her own pricing. In fact repeated pricing with different amounts several times. I'm writing this to warn you not to goto Lucky Strike and find a bowling alley somewhere else. The way the sign reads it say per game not per game per person!! read more

It's really nice inside, yet unsanitary. Pets were all over the tables. The tables were dirty, with ice cream spills.People weren't allowed to sit on the chairs to watch their families bowl. They made us sit in another room. I believe it should have been said before we purchased an hour long session of bowling. Not worth it, the customer service was also terrible. The employee Daryl who seems to be in charge is very rude. We asked a simple question and he shrugged his shoulders. He (Daryl) was also wearing the same gloves he touched the bowling shoes and money with to handle ice cream and drinks with. Not once did he change his gloves. I then told another employee about our concerns. Which she let Daryl know of. Then Daryl proceeded to tell one customer about us and then they kept staring and laughing at us.
