If you're playing one of the games of course they will serve you but other than that, you better go get in line. It was clean and friendly. I walked away $200 ahead of the game and friend in our group was $65 ahead. Also we took the boat ride over from Arizona Side. That was a very nice ride.

The entire reason I've continued coming back over the years was for the live table games, the social atmosphere, and the human interaction with the dealers and staff. It felt personal, welcoming, and fun. Now all of that is gone and replaced with automated electronic table games, and in my opinion, it completely ruined the experience. Not only was the system confusing and frustrating to use, but it also cost me money because of how rushed and unclear everything felt. I accidentally wasted over $50 dealing with confusing side bets and timing issues. At one point I had a strong hand and wanted to double down, but the machine said I didn't have enough credit. While trying to quickly add more money, the system timed out and played my hand automatically. I ended up stuck with a 9 and lost the hand entirely. That never would've happened at a real table with a live dealer. What's even more upsetting is what this change means for the local community. The dealers and casino staff are real people with jobs and families -- many of them part of the backbone of the Chemehuevi Indian Reservation community. Replacing them with machines feels like a huge mistake. This casino lost what made it special. The human element is gone, and with it, the reason many longtime customers like myself came here in the first place. I sincerely hope management and the tribe reconsider this decision and bring back live dealers. If they don't, unfortunately this will likely be my last visit after nearly two decades of loyalty.

My room had a beautiful view of the Colorado River, complete with a full patio and seating--such a nice bonus. The room itself was big, spacious, and very comfortable. Coffee and tea were provided, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily, which was fantastic. Service throughout the hotel was excellent. A couple of things to note: there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms--only available in the lobby--and the pool was closed for remodeling during my stay. There is a small but cozy exercise room, and parking was plentiful. Dining options were great. BlueWater Grill is perfect for casual snacks and breakfast (opens at 7am), while River Willow has a more upscale feel and is excellent for dinner with friends or family. Overall, a great stay with excellent service, plenty of parking, and even free RV parking that can accommodate large rigs. Cheers!

The rooms a bit dated, but clean and well maintained. The TV's don't get many channels. The reason I have it 4 stars is the convenience to river areas and the fact this is the only place around, and it could be a whole lot worse, and still get patrons. We have no complaints overall that stand out. Look for my food review for their restaurant in another post.
