First, I want to say customer service is top notch excellent experience. Now the food...jerk chicken pasta was just ok, nothing special-could have used more sauce. Jerk chicken bowl was the same just ok, too much sauce the chicken Ceasar wrap was average nothing to be over excited about and the oreo cake I'll pass. So sorry that we scarfed it all down before taking a photo! We were visiting a park nearby and we were so happy to find a place with so many vegan options. And stuff was clearly labeled. Thank you! I had the vegan beyond wrap which has a delicious sauce, avocado and TOFU :) My husband got a chicken plate and it was a nice hefty size! He was full and happy. Definitely more than just a juice bar the food is pretty good here. I had the jerk chicken pasta and a side of seasoned fries and both were delicious. I had a mango berry smoothie which was good, not the best smoothie I've ever had but not bad. The server was nice and accommodating. I will give this place a 10/0. Everything from the service, food was incredible and delicious. I ordered the PB&J Açaí bowl which was $13.99 and it was so fresh and delicious. One of the best açaí bowls I had. I also ordered the spicy apple juice , which had fresh greens apples and cinnamon, the juice was freshly squeezed right on the spot and was $8.99 for a large. Another thing I ordered was the tuna pita wrap. It was so delicious, the pita was on a flat bread, it tasted like a healthy pizza and it was so flavorful!! Then, I decided to order the Jerk Shrimp Bowl. OMG, where to start! The first taste of the Jerk shrimp Bowl was full of flavor. It was seasoned well, it was a mixed of so many flavors. It was spicy, but there was bits of pineapple that commingled with the spicy shrimp that made the dish taste completely different. The sliced up avocado just completed the meal entirely. The shrimp bowl is the most ordered dish. However, as I stated previously they have a litany of items on their menu, so you will be looking at the menu for a few minutes before you order. Welp, I should've read a few reviews before coming here. I agree with a few of these mentioning how bland the food really is. First of all, I ordered a Papaya Mango smoothie with coconut water and it tasted like ONLY coconut water in a thick smoothie consistency. When I asked the guy why it didn't taste like the fruits, he blamed it on me ordering it without sugar...really? You can taste mango or papaya on a juice or smoothie even without sugar, it'd just be maybe sour or not as sweet if fruit isn't ripe but not tasting like it all, c'mon. Also ordered the "Mediterranean" chicken bowl and that was bland too. Why is it a "Mediterranean" bowl? Because you added chick peas? Only thing that had flavor was the chicken. All this for $30? Smh...I've complained about Pura Vida's prices but these folks just replaced Pura Vida on my "worst" list and that's not a good thing. If maybe the guy had offered to make something else to replace this nasty smoothie maybe a third star could've been deserved but nope, it is what it is. For an additional $5, you could upgrade the meal to a smoothie which is what I did and got the PBJ smoothie. It was delicious. Super overpriced in my opinion! About $12 for a small juice! Yes it is quality and healthy juice, but I think that is ridiculous for how small the actual small sized cup is. The lady who took my order was a little dry personality wise and it took too long to get my order. I was getting it to go. Was waiting for 20 minutes for wraps and 2 juices and I didn't even get my sweet tea that I was charged extra for. One of the juices didn't have the top on all the way and spilled all over my car!!! Expecting one person to serve a line of people on a weekend is a little unreasonable! It's a shame because the drinks are good quality but I am not that happy with the service. We were craving a frozen lemonade and upon searching we found this place and we've been ordering our juices here for a few months now. We love the regular lemonade usually plain or with agave. Our favourite though is the mango lemonade which is always delicious! The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the inconsistency of the drinks every time we order, sometimes they're frozen and sometimes they're not. Same with the sweetness, sometimes they're perfect and sometimes they're incredibly sweet. So that's something they could improve on but it's never stopped us from ordering. read more

My order was: 1) a seafood platter consisting of tuna, brown rice with chickpeas, a house salad and a pita. I got a cilantro lime dressing and tahini; 2) a banana bundt cake. When I opened the seafood platter, I thought I gotten a steak - the resemblance was impressive. I don't eat meat so it took me about 10 mins to get the courage to try it. It was indeed the tuna though. Not too bad. The brown rice with chickpeas was just the brown rice. I didn't find any single chickpea but there were some peaces of green bell pepper (I think). Was the chickpeas mashed in? It didn't tasted like it. The house salad was good - just veggies and no dressing mixed in. The two dressings that I got - I don't know what those were! Both were green, one was spicy and delicious, the other one was disgusting. None of them tasted like tahini though... oh and the best thing is I found a peace of plastic in the salad. So delicious! I ordered a veggie melt - which I guess I misread the menu as I pictured a pita as something similar to a handheld sandwich like a tuna melt.
