For this visit, I had the Neverland iced coffee and the Golden Tater Tot meal, while my wife had the croissant with Nutella, banana, and strawberries along with the Passionate fruit drink. My sister-in-law opted for the Firehouse breakfast with a pistachio coffee, and everyone was thrilled with their choices. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is why we keep coming back. Any regular coffee drinker knows a cortado doesn't taste the same in a paper cup versus a proper Gibraltar glass--the ratio and experience are completely off. On top of that, serving everything in paper cups lined with plastic isn't exactly a healthy or environmentally conscious choice. It felt like pure convenience for the staff rather than any real reason. Really disappointing, and not a place we'll be recommending. The staff is rarely friendly, and they always seem behind, even during times that aren't overly busy. My drinks are frequently made incorrectly, which is frustrating when you're paying premium prices and trying to start your day on a good note. It feels like there's a lack of attention to detail and training -- baristas should know how to properly make the drinks. I keep coming back because of the convenience, but I really hope management takes a closer look at customer service and drink quality. A little consistency and friendliness would go a long way.
