The Fishing Hole offers this option. They have here a very nice a la carte menu. The 3 ounces of mullet sells for $5.20 and consists of three nice fillets. Very reasonable! On our friend's recommendation Anne and I shared a bowl of the shrimp and crab chowder. The fish is flavorfully coated and perfectly fried... moist meat that beautifully flakes apart. The creamy chowder is a shrimp and crab lover's dream. We amped up the heat to our taste with a few dashes of Crystal hot sauce. The chowder is definitely a do again dish for us. Our friend ordered the a la carte fried oysters and they looked so good we're returning today to give them a try (along with more mullet, of course). I enjoyed a draft Jai Alai IPA, and as bottles of wine were half price we shared a Gabbiano pinot grigio that proved to be quite nice. A perfect compliment to the fish and chowder.
