This place is paradise! Absolutely loved this little bar. The views are amazing. They have a little sandy beach on the bay side. Perfect place to come after you finish up at the boardwalk since it's right next door, which is what I did. I had a 30A blonde ale which was pretty good. Food is great, beverages are great, staff is great! We had the Double Chicken Please and I was NOT prepared for how much food you get!! It was $12 for TWO boxes of food. 3 chicken strips and tons of fries. We split that between three people and couldn't even finish it. The fries were unbelievable. Crunchy, but soft. Just perfect. The chili crunch ranch was the perfect pair with both. The staff were so nice and friendly!! There was a guy that was so personable and loved talking with customers, you could tell he loves his job. Hideaway is such a vibe!! My only regret is we didn't visit until the last night of our trip. It wasn't that crowded, but the food took FOREVER to come out. There was just one person working in the food truck so that's understandable. It just sucks when it takes an hour to get a chicken strip basket. In my opinion, this is more of a place to drink and hang out than it is to eat anyway. In the future, I'd go eat dinner somewhere first and then come here for the after dinner drinks & vibe. The band was incredible, the ambiance was beautiful, and the drinks were so good! All weekend I kept seeing Bushwackers on every menu. I hate that I waited til our last night to try one. I don't know how Hideaway's would compare to other places, but I can tell you that here it was delicious! When we come visit again, Hideaway will be our nightly spot. read more

After having a not so experience near by we stumbled upon this place and it checks all the boxes for us. Tiki Bar, amazing and friendly service, right on the beach and amazing drinks. Can't by this past weekend to meet some friends for drinks. The beach was pretty packed so we sat at a high top table that was next to the water. The service was pretty quick when it came to ordering cocktails. My friends ordered some food which they enjoyed. During the week they also do a happy hour which has some great specials. read more

Came down for live music right after their grand opening. The bartender was nice and my gf loved the mojitos. We both got the double dredged chicken tenders and weren't impressed. There is way too much bread to chicken ratio, they could just be single dredged. The breading is falling off and the breading is a little bland anyway. The chicken tenders themselves were slightly over cooked. You do get a lot of food for $12 and the fries weren't bad. The ranch was good if that's any consolation. read more
