Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty I've been a loyal customer of Keith's since his days working out of his backyard and continued to support him after he opened his shop. Unfortunately, my recent experience has made me question Keith's commitment to his clients. I brought my car in for brake pads, and Keith texted me saying that the wheel lug locks key was broken and that I would need to take my car elsewhere to have the wheel locks removed. When I picked up my car keys, I noticed that two of the wheel locks were broken and two were still intact. After getting the intact wheel locks removed at a tire shop, the tire shop said we cannot fix someone else's mistake. I reached out to Keith and informed him that the wheel locks were broken, NOT the wheel lock key. However, Keith insisted that he had given me the key and said the wheel locks are broken, which was false, as I found it in the vehicle after I got off the intact wheel locks. Rather than taking responsibility for the mistake, Keith claimed that whoever previously worked on the car had over-tightened the wheel locks. He also stated that his shop did not have the tools to fix the issue, offering no solution. When I asked why he continued after breaking one wheel lock, his response was that they would replace three of the pads and leave the one until I fixed it. I ended up paying $140 to remove the remaining two broken wheel locks. Additionally I paid Keith $180 for the brake pads, even though the issue was not properly addressed, and the customer service was lacking. It's disheartening to have such a poor experience after being a loyal customer for so long. Keith's business would benefit greatly from improving its customer service and taking responsibility when things go wrong. read more

I went to him years ago. Owner messed my suspension when he over torque one the screws and just rushed the process. Crazy thing was I asked him to just raise my suspension because I needed to drive the car to DC. Just like everyone else said no professionalism. This may be the least professional shop in Queens. I texted Keith and had a confirmed appointment to have my rear brake pads replaced and a wheel alignment done to my car. The appointment was for 4:45 P.M., I get there 4:30 and didn't even get to speak to him in person until 5 P.M. at which he told me he would start working on my car in an hour. Around 6:30 pm I ask again how much longer, he tells me once the car on the lift is done that I'd be the next car in. I ask how much longer till that car is done, he tells me 20 minutes because they only needed to bleed out the brakes. Almost 4 hours of me waiting, my car finally gets on the lift. Keith ask me if I have the replacement brake pads. I say what are you talking about. He tells me they don't have the brake pads for my bmw. (Please tell me which mechanic shop requires you to bring in the parts) I tell him look at our text messages you told me you were going to order the pads this morning. His response was "my bad I was tied up". He proceeds to tell me his parts dealer is closed and basically didn't give a damn. No offer to make things right. I booked an appointment from 2 weeks in advance through their IG page, which is where we agreed on what I needed done and how much was to be paid. I checked in 2 days before to confirm my appointment to make sure I wasn't gonna waste my time. My appointment was for 2 pm so I show up then and leave the car with them. They told me they'd start on the car about 2 hours later but I told them to take their time as I was gonna use that time to hang with friends. I figured just Coilovers and tail lights shouldn't take that long so I was good. He told me he'd call me when it was ready for pick up. It was now 7:45 pm, close to the closing time and I hadn't received a text nor call. I passed by in my friend's car to see my car parked exactly where I had left it with no work done to it. They could have called me or at least texted me letting me know they couldn't get to my car. Instead, I had to back inside for the guy to tell me some bs excuse. I left my car at 2 pm as we had agreed for no damn reason and they didn't even start the work on my car that day, nor were they planning on telling me. I understand they're a busy shop but they should respect their customers' time more than that and show some professionalism. My advice would be to avoid this shop. read more

I usually would not be the type to make any remarks towards a business but they made me wait 4 hours after having made the drive to go out there and kept stalling to make me wait. I still to this day did not get a text back with an apology or any instance to reschedule . I would have respected the fact if there was an effort made but very unprofessional and you don't conduct business like that. read more

The workmanship are being done by straight bums who would never be able to get a job at a real shop. They lack professionalism and even common sense. They are basically using your brand new car to learn on the job while your car is being treated like shit. Once your car goes in here, it will come out either broken, scratched, or forever damaged. Check your paint, and everything else in your car. Your steering wheel comes out disgusting fill with dirt because they don't take their gloves off after working on your car and the proceeds to go into your car and drive with them on. I can on go on and on about this trash shop. Take your investment elsewhere or else you will be going back to this shop over and over again to get it "fixed" while it will never be done correctly. I've been dealing with all kinds of cars for 15 years now and this has by far been the worst shop I've ever been to in my life. It seems as if they only care about BMWs and nothing else. My car has spent more time in this shop then my house ever since I got work done here. Everything from sloppy air bag setup, damaging one of my studs where my lug nut goes, to my car flooding out. I can't speak for their work mechanically , but I got air bag suspension setup recently and it's been nothing but issues since they installed them. First time around all bags and tank were leaking. the rear suspension still knocking like its loose and the front struts still squeaking as if too tight. I contacted Keith and he told me to bring it back to the shop. One of his guys who installs bags said he didn't find any leaks, so I go back home and start spraying the lines and tanks and go figure , I found the leak. That same night it POURED outside and my car flooded out! Found out the dudes did a sloppy job running the harness, I took it back AGAIN, and Keith said he would be the one to patch everything back up and fix it. After picking it up, Keith says all issues are fixed. it rained again that night and AGAIN, the car flooded and the bags leaked more than previously mentioned. I got fed up at this point and called them again frustrated, Keith told me someone else did the work after he told me he would personally work on it himself and gave me the guys number to contact myself. Eventually I tore the car apart myself and found where the water was coming from, I had to purchase supplies and bring them myself to the shop to basically tell them what to do. The car stayed there another day while they fixed more issues they caused. I picked up the car AGAIN, they cut the grommet on the inner panel of the door, literally cut it in half, to hide they're sloppy work. Now , there water coming in whenever I hit puddles. Also, they wired the bags backwards on the manifold, something as simple as that. Which was also sent back to the shop for the 4th time. I spent well over $1200 on the labor, he's offers me to come back , which I won't lie about , but how many times I gotta go back before the setup is done right? read more
