I don't need to be…read moretalked to in a condescending way and called hon and sweetheart and then told to have a blessed day in a tone that clearly means FU. When he was ringing me up, I asked him to check my points card to see if I had an extra one coming before I paid for my vape juices, and he said that's not the way we do it. I asked if he could check anyway, and he said OK, but I'm just trying to help you out, sweetheart. When he looked at my card, he said see you're way off, not even close. Unnecessary. And that's not the point, the point was I would like to know where I'm at on my card before he tells me to pay. Then today Bob was there and as he was ringing me up this time he asked for my name, which I thought meant he was gonna check my points card before he had me pay for my juice. He didn't and instead told me to pay and have a blessed day and asked the next person behind me what he needed before he even found and looked at my card. I said I'd like to see what's on my card first. Turns out I was on my last checkmark, which means one of my vape juices would've been free, had I not been told to paid for it beforehand. I told him that's why I like to check before paying, and he said well you didn't say anything, you should've said something. I reminded him of the last time I had asked him to check first and how he told me that's not how we do it. He said he never said that. I let him know that yes he did indeed say that exact thing to me and that's why I was hesitant to ask this time. He just kept saying no I didn't and refused to take responsibility or apologize or have any semblance of customer service whatsoever. Again, just because he says have a blessed day doesn't mean he's not being condescending as hell. The only reason I'm giving happy days any stars right now is because of the owner, Sam. He is amazing and has never ever been rude. He always makes me feel welcome and I always leave the store with a smile on my face when he is there. Bob on the other hand just makes me feel like shit when I go in and I leave wondering what the hell just happened. Bob is the soul reason I'm not coming back, which is disappointing since this has been my go to vape shop for a few years now.

After research I was directed to this smaller shop in a strip mall, don't let the location fool you as it is very clean, well kept and smells delicious, as I am assuming from the vape oils for the smoke vape pens they offer... Everything is very well displayed and presented in such a way that you can see everything you need and browse for other items... display cases are organized by type of need and level of product. When I got there, the gentleman was helping another customer and quickly said hello and that he would be right with us.. so we looked around at were very much impressed with the inventory and while we looked, we couldn't help but to hear the conversation he was having with the other customer, it was the first time he had been in and the list of questions actually ended up helping me, however, he answered every question patiently and thoroughly and even gave advice and tips. When that sale was complete, he immediately apologized for keeping us waiting and we were able to explanation we needed. We had just left Buy Legal Meds where we had purchased CBD dabs (needing for upcoming surgeries and anxiety) and were in need of a vape pen and having no knowledge of what I needed, he looked at what we had and immediately went to the case and showed us the brand and how to work it, how to clean it and use it. He even gave us other options and we left very satisfied and will be back as after using the product we are going to upgrade. Now after trying to find other locations close to me, I had almost resorted to buying online as the other shop we had visited was an awful experience!! ***please note the bad experience was not here as had gone to another shop and when we explained what I needed all the guy did was point and shrug his shoulders... we had gone to the AA hookah pipe and vape on hualapia and it was awful, he was rude, crass and wouldn't take the time to even answer my questions) This was the best stop for what we needed and if you are a vape expert or first timer, this is the quality shop you should go to!
