Hot Dog! Cheesy I know, but necessary to place the happiness I felt at finding a shop that made a very uneducated person about vape feel comfortable and to teach me how to use it! After research I was directed to this smaller shop in a strip mall, don't let the location fool you as it is very clean, well kept and smells delicious, as I am assuming from the vape oils for the smoke vape pens they offer... Everything is very well displayed and presented in such a way that you can see everything you need and browse for other items... display cases are organized by type of need and level of product. When I got there, the gentleman was helping another customer and quickly said hello and that he would be right with us.. so we looked around at were very much impressed with the inventory and while we looked, we couldn't help but to hear the conversation he was having with the other customer, it was the first time he had been in and the list of questions actually ended up helping me, however, he answered every question patiently and thoroughly and even gave advice and tips. When that sale was complete, he immediately apologized for keeping us waiting and we were able to explanation we needed. We had just left Buy Legal Meds where we had purchased CBD dabs (needing for upcoming surgeries and anxiety) and were in need of a vape pen and having no knowledge of what I needed, he looked at what we had and immediately went to the case and showed us the brand and how to work it, how to clean it and use it. He even gave us other options and we left very satisfied and will be back as after using the product we are going to upgrade. Now after trying to find other locations close to me, I had almost resorted to buying online as the other shop we had visited was an awful experience!! ***please note the bad experience was not here as had gone to another shop and when we explained what I needed all the guy did was point and shrug his shoulders... we had gone to the AA hookah pipe and vape on hualapia and it was awful, he was rude, crass and wouldn't take the time to even answer my questions) This was the best stop for what we needed and if you are a vape expert or first timer, this is the quality shop you should go to! read more

This place is a joke, I used to use disposable vapes- which after a couple years figured out was such a waste of money (a lot of money)! So, I decided to finally get a reusable one, so all I would have to purchase every so often would be the filters and the liquid "juice" so I checked this place out since it's closest to my house and I should've known from the start that I should go somewhere else. Right away the customer service was horrible I mean the guy with short hair (some grey) almost seemed annoyed by my questions. All I was trying to do was understand what I was buying since I have no experience.. since then it's been one issue after another. I got the device that he recommended right off the bat, I also got a couple "juice" flavors and filters. Got home had no clue how to work it but started to get the idea of it. From the very start it always tasted like burnt air (if that was a thing) and leaked! ALL THE TIME!! So I brought it back to ask if there was something I was doing wrong. Now, another guy, (middle eastern) was a little nicer but had no answers for me and nothing I was doing was wrong. So despite all that I still continued to go. I went back AGAIN for the leaking problem and MORE juice since it leaked ALL the time I needed more already. Guy with long hair in a ponytail made me feel like I was stupid and again almost like an annoyance. The final and last time I stepped foot in this place was today 4/23/2022 and the guy working was the short grey ish hair guy- I walk in because the device I got the magnets were defective and now I wasn't able to hit the vape at all without holding the cartridge- and MORE juice- he straight up looked at me like I was an idiot was so damn rude and disrespectful and just kept repeating there's nothing he can do for me. And cut me off before I could even ask for anything else and helped the man that walked in after me. There is plenty more details of my experience here but that's just a brief start. If I could give a negative rating I would. I'm beyond pissed. All the money I've spent there to get treated this way is unacceptable! In response to the business owner- I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to do? Possibly make yourself look good on yelp? Truth is you NEVER EVER switched out my "device" secondly I thought you were pretty nice and understanding and even told you that your "tip" you gave me helped when I returned for more juice yet again. However lying and completely changing the story is definitely far from cool. So the true story is every time I went back you and your employees made me feel it my fault it was leaking- which in fact it wasn't. It was at the right wattage, I changed the filter multiple times a week (so it wasn't that), I never left it in a hot place such as pocket, in the sun, or car- and as far as my last and final time in the store you weren't even there so whatever story your employee told you is clearly a joke. I walked in hoping you guys sell the magnets so at least the top would stay on so I could use it. The second I showed him he cut me off and immediately straight up repeatedly said don't know what to tell you- there's nothing I can do. It was so rude even my FIVE year old daughter said wow mom he was mean. I never mentioned I wanted anything new, or tried to get anything free or refunded so don't try to pull that card. I simply went back and wanted to know if it was normal/ if it's happened to anyone else/ if the device was just faulty maybe??.. instead it took me finding another place not too far from home who the employee there who had outstanding customer service from the time I walked into his store until the time I left. He told me I could go on their website and even gave me the damn phone number- not ONCE did any of you tell me I could call them! All I wanted was a device that would essentially save me money and time and instead received headache and aggravation. Nice try making it seem you guys have good customer service! I really wanted to love this place, but once inside it is far from welcoming. It looks like a large room with vapor juice bottles along the back wall. The rest of the place looks barren. I see a partial divider of retail cases, so maybe someone else is going to set up shop inside as well? I've been in here a few times to really give it a chance, but the juice testers seem contaminated with other flavors; You never really get a true sense of the product's true flavor. I know this, because I purchased a few large bottles (non refundable of course) and they were not even close to what I thought I had previously taste-vaped. Some have a perfume aftertaste that tarnishes the juice and it unbearable to consume, even if you kept them for I.C.E. If you have flavors that you love and they carry the brand, then I say go for it! If you've never been here before and you're looking to buy new juice flavors? I recommend you spend your money at another shop. read more

These guys are greta. I went in there because another Vape shop would not honor battery that went bad or the coil that would not work Owner tried hard to find replacement coil but couldn't. He said he would are me one. I ended up buying a whole new set up, and he honored the web special he was running, and I didn't even know about the website special. I'm greeted every time i enter the store. Owner updates me on new coils for my system and lets me decide if I want it. No pressure sales at all. Send all my Vape buddies here. Before going to VAP O RISE I went to another vape shop closer to me and I was dissapointed with the service. Im new at this vaping and my tank was leaking, the guys at the other vape store said he can trouble shoot it. After a few minutes, hes words was "I did all the stupid thing already (VERY RUDELY) and its still leaking from the air vents. So he said it could be the coil or the Orings so I bought orings and try to do it myself, no luck. I went to VAPE O RISE, the guys said its just the coil, went and bought 5 pack coils, PROBLEM FIXED!! I will be going to this place. Good customer service. And very professional. Location is good. Service was meh. Overall layout of the store is decent. Dusty glass cabinets not a big variety of stock juice to me tasted like gas station liquid. Came in for a build with enough cotton for about 10. Didn't feel like saying anything about it tipped 2 bucks and left. read more
