I was impressed. Didn't expect much from bar food, but this was really good food. I had the fish and chips. The fish was very good. Good sized planks, three of them, with fresh tasting fish. The waitress asked if I wanted malt vinegar when taking my order. A very good sign. It came with a very good cole slaw, sliced thin and with an excellent creamy dressing. One of the best slaws I've ever eaten. The fries were excellent. It also came with tartar sauce, of course. Best tartar sauce I've ever had in my life. Seriously. I never eat fish and chips with tartar sauce, it has to be malt vinegar in every bite or it's sacrilegious. But this tartar sauce--wow. I alternated bites between the tartar sauce and the vinegar because I couldn't decide which I liked better. I took home what was left of the sauce so that my wife could taste it. She agreed that it was excellent. This was a board meeting for our club. Others had the steak salad, fish tacos, bacon wrapped hot dog, chicken teriyaki lo mein...other items that I don't know what they ordered. But all around me said what they were eating was very good. There were some nachos passed around, the Station Nachos: "House Made Tortilla Chips, Fresh Queso, Four Cheese Blend, Citrus Pickled Onions, and Pico de Gallo." It was very good. The place is a bar restaurant and the interior was comfortable enough. It was a bit noisy for the older folk in our club to hear each other for a meeting, but that's the way it is. Our server was efficient, though I was wondering about the order and time it took for the different items, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Our party of 15 got all of our food in good time. The waitress was friendly and efficient, but we were in a different large room and I think she was also waiting on tables in the main room. As such, I didn't get checked on my soft drink for refill. Not a biggie as I didn't need one. Pleasant surprise at the quality here. I would definitely return. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? This is an adult only bar with good food. I've never been there when it's too busy so, service has always been great. The ambiance is nice for a bar and the music isn't so loud making it nice to have a couple or small group conversation while enjoying drinks and food! Hit this place up for brunch for the first time. They had a bottle of champagne for $30., not bad. The French toast was amazing and the maple syrup was very good. We also ordered the omelette with sausage and that was interesting. Sausage was links cut up with some cheese and that was it. It was alright, the hash browns were tasty. They are now serving pitchers of beer, but the price was high in my opinion. Around 20-24 for domestic. Their beer and cocktails are on par with The Break, another neighborhood bar close by as far as price goes. I have to say the service was way better than I expected. read more

Love to try new places and this is a new one in Herriman. We came for lunch on a Monday so it was not crowded at all so we were seated quickly. They only had one person for the whole place so ordering was a bit slow and the guy that took our order acted like he had been up all night. For me attention to the customer is what makes up for poor food. While this place had good food it was diminished by the lack of attention. There were other people working but I only saw them stick their head out of the back once. I ordered the steak taco which was good and the serving plenty. The wife ordered the chicken strips which was enough for 2 early. The place I bright and open. I would be back for the food but really get some people with a little life in them. read more

So happy for a new restaurant/bar close by! The food and drinks are delicious! I tried the burger, sweet chili wings, onion rings, and a chocolate browning with vanilla ice cream. I was having so much fun playing Bingo (free to play) that I forgot to take food pics. Everything was super flavorful including the garlic ranch dipping sauce. The service was excellent and welcoming from start to finish. Almost every night there is a different activity (Bingo, Trivia, Wine Night, etc.) which makes the atmosphere welcoming and lively! Have been multiple times. It's more of a meet-your-friends-for-a-meal type of bar than a community bar. In the past year food seems to be leaning more upscale and higher priced than when they started. Service is exceptionally slow. Very polite but super slow -- to the point of being a bit frustrating. My most recent trip included a Swiss bacon burger - $19. It took 25-30 min to come out. And, surprisingly, wasn't hot when it did. But that was one delicious burger, even lukewarm. While I waited service wasn't attentive about my drinks, etc. If they can get their customer focused service in line with their atmosphere and prices they have a gem on their hands. They have everything else covered. If they can't then I'll probably come every few months, expectations set, and enjoy a cold burger that is still one of the top burgers around. read more

The Station Bar is a new addition to Herriman, and one that is sorely needed. Folks want a place to hangout that isn't so far away from home. They offer a decent variety of drinks and food items, plus it looks like they are going to do some fun activities to draw a crowd like trivia nights or karaoke. They are still getting their feet under them, but it looks promising. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio on a Friday evening chatting with my dining partner. We opted to be outside since it was a little loud indoors, but it certainly isn't unreasonable. Then we ended up inside anyway when some friends invited us to play pool. Absolutely loved this spot. I ordered the fish and chips and they were delicious. Crispy fish, great tartar sauce, and the coleslaw was the perfect side. My husband had the fish tacos and couldn't stop talking about them. They come with chips and salsa, so it's definitely filling. The salsa was fine, but the tacos were the real winner. They have a wide variety of drinks and a solid alcohol menu with plenty of options. The service was great from start to finish, and the restaurant itself was clean with a fun, relaxed vibe. Bonus points for being able to accommodate larger groups. They can handle parties of 10, which is not always easy to find. Four of us went in for Sunday Brunch (our first visit here) and it was so great! A nice upper scale bar atmosphere. It was not too loud so we could carry on conversation which is different from a lot of places of the same type. We were greeted and served right away. The food was really great! We were so excited to check out The Station Bar--the newest spot in town had been calling our name. But sadly... it was kind of a whole lotta meh. We came in on a Saturday around 1 p.m., and the place was nearly empty--only two other tables were seated. The vibe was modern and clean, and our server was kind and attentive (shoutout to her!), but the food? Severely underwhelming. The brunch-only menu until 3 p.m. is super limited, and while I appreciated that they offered mocktails (non-drinker here!), the real MVP was their lemonade mixer. Honestly, that was the highlight. As for the food--we tried the breakfast burrito, which was... fine. The salsa inside tasted like straight-up tomato paste, and it kind of overpowered everything else. They did add hashbrowns for me though, which was a nice touch! The chicken strips were forgettable--just your average frozen-style tenders--and the sauces didn't add anything special. The eggs Benedict was probably the best of the bunch. We tried to order it with Canadian bacon like the menu said, but our server let us know (kindly!) that they've never actually had Canadian bacon. So we went with ham, which was decent! Overall, for sit-down pricing, it didn't feel worth the splurge. First impression is a good one! Came here on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. There was only one woman running the front of the house from hostess to bartender to waitress. She was busy and it felt like service was a bit slow because of that but I still give her kudos. Food was great! Fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside with some mild seasoning and flaky salt (nice touch). The burgers are massive. Huge thick patties. We both devoured our food. I would critique that the patty was way too juicy and created a pond of drippings on my plate that seeped into my fries. Perhaps it needed to rest? Not sure. And sweet pickles on a burger is a crime IMO lol but I just picked them off. Overall; well done. Well decorated and a good playlist playing in the background. read more

From the owners, to the bartenders, to the servers and everyone else are all so welcoming, friendly and caring. The food is fantastic, the bartenders know their stuff.
