The Stillery is the place to be. Beautiful atmosphere, great food and amazing live music. I am always looking for good live music and this is the spot. I love how we can relax and watch a NFL game, listen to music and have the kids run around in the grass next to the restaurant. I LOVE this place. It is a super fun country bar! I've been to the original one in Nashville but honestly I like this one better! It's like four times the size. I've had the pretzel bread appetizer and the sausage pizza, both delicious. My favorite drink is the blueberry smash, so good!! Big bar, Dance floor (lots of amazing two-step dancers), live music (great bands), huge patio, good service, it is just a great place. It's loud but that's part of the ambiance. This place is Awesome, my wife and I popped in on a Saturday one time just for lunch and we came right at the tail end of brunch. There was a live singer there she was pretty good! Apparently they will fly in talent for the weekend! The pizza here is awesome, the steak is great as well! I highly recommend their steak sandwich! So, the old guy, running the sound, he was claiming that he ran sound for Ted Nugent, so I pulled out a picture to show him, he says, who's that? I kinda laughed and said um that's Ted Nugent at my brother's house! I was playing there that night, the old sound guy wouldn't put my instrument through the PA that whole night, then told my singer that I was banned from playing there ever again?! Kind of childness sandbox ego BS! Not sure the Owner was or is aware of this either.! If this place is anywhere near a professional Business, then this old guy soundman should be fired, not me being banned. I had friends that came from Chicago to hear me play, well that didn't happen. I was Paid to do a job and play there, but there soundman, who I believe was also paid to do his job, took it upon himself to not only take me completely out the main speakers, but to also say that I'm never allowed to play there again because of also complaining about the sound? Again, childness, unprofessional sandbox BS, representing this place. I think the owner needs to know this, I was completely offended. My husband walked me to the restroom and the bouncer told him he had to sit down in his seat. Then the manager came over to our family of 6 people and told us,with her mask Off, that we could not dance in our outdoor table area. I would not recommend this restaurant due to their rudeness after spending $200 on drinks alone for a family of 6. If they are concerned about covid they should probably have social distancing between their indoor tables or have less then 10 people at outdoor patio areas or indoor tables. It is too bad, because their music was good but their customer service was not good. In addition a girl who was dancing in front of the band with her mask was kicked out of the venue. 5 minutes later a girl with her mask off walked up to the band was having conversation with band members and nothing was done. My wife and had lunch today. They say is at a table that was so poorly put together it was literally spinning on its own we had to be moved. I asked for a Bloody Mary and they didn't have any mix. Not aware of any bars that don't do at least a basic bloody but not an issue I understand. We had the jalapeño Rangoon which was like warm at best. My burger was so over cooked and dry. When I pointed it out the server said that's not how it's supposed to be cooked but didn't do anything about it. My wife got the chopped salad which was a plate of chopped lettuce with canned marinated mushroom and roasted red pepper and tomato that was drizzled with oil. Not worth the $12. This has been one of our favorite restaurants since it opened. The customer service has always been excellent and we have been here every single week. Tonight though we had the worst customer service experience ever. I'm so mad I can't even remember his name. Started with a T.(I think Tyler) He had glasses and a beard and was short. He was basically pissed off that he was working. My husband asked him if he knew what kind of tequilas they had. He said a little bit but then followed that with we aren't a Mexican restaurant so don't expect me to know that and then walked off. When he came back my husband tried to order a double shot of Titos and he got really pissed and said he couldn't do that because my husband already had a beer. He then went off on how he went to the liquor board rules school and if we kept questioning him he would cut us off. To be clear I was drinking ice tea and my husband had 1 Kilt Lifter. I finally had enough of him and asked for a new waiter. He just kept bitching. It was odd and hard to watch. He was clearly having a mental break. We've been to this restaurant twice since it opened a week or so ago. The first time was on a friends recommendation during the week for lunch. The food was good and the environment was fun that we decided to come back for the live music last Saturday night!! The Baked Cheese is ridiculously good. I would go back for that weekly!! Was hesitant to order a pizza, because I am picky about crust. But it didn't disappoint at all. Crust was bubbly and you can tell the dough was fresh and they were handcrafting the pizzas in the kitchen. We did the BBQ Chicken the first night, and the Brussel Sprouts the second. BBQ Chicken was the winner for us!! Soooo yummy!! My husband had the Hanger Steak both times. And he said he will order it every time we come back!! I have really wanted to like this place, we have gone 4-5 times now. Love the music and the servers are nice, but it stops there. Food is expensive and I haven't ordered a thing I have liked yet, and I've tried just about everything now, from salads to fish and chips to burgers. Drinks are extra sweet, not very strong, and overpriced. I had to send their "mule" back because it tasted like cough syrup and I've never sent a drink back, but that was bad. The last couple of visits, the mask Nazis have really been roaming the tables. My husband stood up once to shake a guys hand and they talked for a couple of minutes standing there at our table, and a girl scolded them to sit down. Then we went Saturday afternoon (2/20), and the hostess was extremely rude to my husband who did walk the 2 feet from the front door to our high top table right next to the hostess stand without his mask on. He has asthma and can not wear the masks. Most people understand but this hostess attacked my husband, asked if he had a mask, he explained he did, said he needs to put it on if he plans on getting up again and was extremely rude. Looking back, we should have left right there, but we stayed for a drink, then left. Too many places with good country music here in town (I can think of one that is a quick walk from this place in DT Chandler) that don't treat you like a 5-year old if you forget to wear your mask for 2 seconds. Was super excited to come here to celebrate my friends 21st birthday last saturday. We called weeks before & had a reservation and even let them know it was a celebration for her 21st birthday. When we arrived the server, who was not very nice the entire time, told us she couldn't serve her since her ID wasn't flipped & it's "company policy" for one, it was her actual birthday & a saturday is she expected to get it flipped that day? on a weekend? two, how about a heads up the weeks before when the reservation was made? If that didn't already ruin the night they wouldn't let us all sit together when there was 15 of us, which they also didn't mention when the reservation was made. after we had already been there for 30 minutes they finally let us move them together but definitely made it seem like it was a big hassle. the managers were nice & i understand they were busy but the server was absolutely terrible. i work in the industry & understand a busy night but we were there for 2 hours & half that time we were waiting for our server. Next time i wanna pay $90 for 2 people i'll go somewhere that has good service & food that doesn't taste like it's out of a microwave. read more

Great atmosphere. Nice large patio that brings outside in. Staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Live music brings a wonderful vibe to the place. Had the meat/cheese board to start. This was a pretty big board that mostly filled up two of us. Variety of cheeses was better than most boards I have had. Tried one of the mason jar drinks - we were warned most of them were sweet. I chose the most "non-sweet" one (something smokey) and it was okay. Also had an old-fashioned that was made perfectly. We had the arugula pizza. Found this to be overly salty and the pile of arugula on top was like having a salad pizza. Overall loved this place and will become one of our regular stops! read more

Giving this 2 stars because the 2 other times I was here before were decent enough but today was enough to not want to go back. Ordered a pick up order of chicken sandwich and chicken tenders, arrived 10 mins after the time it was supposed to be ready and waited for 10 mins for anyone to help me and ring it out. The food wasn't ready - then the bartender couldn't even ring it out, had to wait for a server who took the to go order over the phone to ring it out. When I opened the orders, the chicken was dry and rubbery, the fries were soggy and tasteless, there was no sauces included whatsoever and there was no coleslaw with the tenders as the menu stated. Hi, I have never Yelped a restaurant in my life. I am a restaurant worker and what my wife just went through on her birthday at this establishment needs to be talked about. We were sat at a table without proper menus. Our two kids were there and she asked for kids menus, they were not brought to her. She got up went to the host stand and had to get them. She ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt. The drink did not arrive with salt on the glass, so she had to get up and go to the bar to ask for a glass with salt. She ordered a chop chop salad as an entree. And the food never arrived to the table. NEVER!! Her entree!! The food she ordered, the ONLY reason she came, was not delivered. We asked for sides if ranch and refills on our drinks and the food runner couldn't locate our server. We couldn't even find her to get the check, and the salad that she order was on the check. And she seemed pretty surprised when we told her my wife's entree was not delivered! I hate to tell people what to do, but do you actually think while using your eyes?? Did you see me eating that salad?! Our kids pizza was somewhat undesirable. The crust was not docked properly. There were parts of the pizza that were thick and under cooked. It was a soup bowl in the middle of some undercooked dough. For what it costs the presentation was absolutely terrible. And unfortunately my wife had to share this with our daughters because her food never came out, and our table was never checked on. Further more there were no table touches. No restaurant manager was present at any time. They did not recognize the fact that it was her birthday. I would love to speak to the GM of this place. A true disaster. I get that you maybe a busy restaurant as I have personally been responsible for something very similar. I am so disappointed in the lack of service. You have a job to do. I'm appalled that they even took money tonight. I PERSONALLY would NOT have been ok with it. They're forcing me to give some what of a star review. Enjoyed our first visit to this great new addition to Chandler! Live music was awesome with garage doors wide open to courtyard. Easy to listen to the music and still hear conversation at the table. We loved the jalapeño bacon ragoons for appetizer. Salads were huge and were great for two people. Our server Gordon was very attentive and food was delivered fast. It was packed and the door people were a little more aggressive about where to line up etc. I figured ok they are trying to keep order with a large crowd. I get it. We got 2 drinks at the outdoor bar and found couch seats. Apparently the lone up of musicians was all country. We went to Murphy's Law to shed it off with rock music. We decided to go back with guests on a less busy night. 2 weeks later. One party standing in front of us at door. I was told to move back away from sour while a lengthy conversation took place. Eventually 10 minutes later we were forward. At the desk we were told there were 20 parties ahead of us and they could not give us any time expectations. Another party told us they were booked 3 weeks ahead with reservations so they weren't taking any more. Snotty. Rude. Aggressive people moving. Not the only choice downtown Chandler. I think I am done with this place. They don't allow reservations but then they do. Last week had to tip the hostess $100 to get a high top to watch the band. She said they don't take reservations and it is first come, first serve. Today, showed up at 5:00pm to get a high top table to watch the 9:00pm band and the hostess says you have to have a reservation which are made two weeks in advance. There were 3 high tops empty that could of been making money. Just let me know what I have to do to get a high top to watch live music. read more

I went to this establishment to celebrate my birthday in March. After I got my credit card bill, I noticed that our waitress had "topped off" her tip. Despite me leaving a 15% tip, she took it upon herself to add another $4 onto my credit card. I have called and spoken to the manager (twice), and still not been credited for the $4. I voiced my displeasure that they allow such unethical behavior from their waitresses. She told me she would figure out how to credit me back, but there was no credit and no call back from her. I called her again a week later, and she said she had still not figured out how to credit my card. Well, now it's been over a month and still no credit for the overcharged tip. A week ago I emailed them, and asked for the corporate office number, as it is not on their website. No response. And still no call from her. I will not waste any more time on this. Sadly, their company allows for unethical behavior and provides no accountability to their managers or waitresses. There are so many wonderful places to eat and drink in downtown Chandler, I will not be going back to this restaurant. read more

I live in Mesa, so was a bit of a drive. Some friends invited me to "The Stillery", and I gotta say what a great time this old country boy had. Music great, food great, drinks great and the service was great also. Met a few nice people while there, including the band leader. For a Thursday night, the place was hoppin' and we watched the Sun's dump on L.A., which was an added bonus for an already great evening.
