I have been coming to The Stillery for quite some time and have been served by several bartenders, but Rylee is by far my number one. She made my drink exactly the way I asked and didn't add soda water like some of the other employees have in the past. Her attention to detail and willingness to listen to what I wanted made all the difference. Great customer service like hers is why I'll be coming back. Going forward, I'll only be requesting Rylee. She truly provided an outstanding experience!

We came here for the first time because we heard great things. This is not the experience we had. We got a table and we waited about 15 minutes before we asked a waitress if we could get some help. She said she'd get someone over there. We waited about another 20 minutes and we got up and left. When we first went in we asked if they were serving food and we were told they were. I also asked if it was bar service only and we were told wait staff was still serving tables. We'll definitely try again but they weren't up to par tonight.

The Stillery was such an amazing experience! The country atmosphere reminded me of being back home (as a girl who grew up in Texas). The servers truly lived up to southern hospitality and were extremely kind. I had the Blueberry Smash Vodka & the Pretzels with Queso both were absolutely delicious. I look forward to visiting here again and bringing my friends.

If you're looking for a spot in Chandler that balances a high-energy vibe with a laid-back atmosphere, The Stillery is a home run. I recently stopped by for a team dinner, and it delivered on every front. The Vibe: It has the ultimate "chill bar" aesthetic, elevated by an incredible live band. The music set the perfect backdrop for the evening--lively, yet relaxed enough to unwind and enjoy the night. The Food: The Sonoran Burger was absolutely divine. Every layer was executed to perfection: smoky roasted jalapeños, sweet caramelized onions, crispy bacon, gooey pepper jack cheese, and a rich roasted garlic aioli that tied it all together. The Verdict: With a killer soundtrack and an unforgettable burger, The Stillery is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I have been here several times so when my family came into town it was the perfect spot to hang out listen to music get some apps! I absolutely love the bake cheese app, unfortunately it came out completely cold so we had to send it back. When it came back it was very good and we all enjoyed it and love the pesto bread it comes with! Everything else was wonderful and the jalapeños cheese wontons were insane. We had to order another bath of them!! This place is a nice place to get out of the "typical bar food" area while still giving that feel! Our service wasn't the best and was pretty slow but we managed and still enjoyed our time!

On a quick weekend trip to AZ and decided to go here for dinner. We made a good choice! The main reason we came here was because they have live music. The performer was awesome! They actually flew her in from Nashville and she did not disappoint. Started off with a couple drinks, they have a great selection of whiskey especially rye. Ordered the deviled eggs and brussels sprouts for apps. The deviled eggs were delicious and had prosciutto instead of bacon which was a nice substitute. They were really good! The brussels sprouts were so good, they use hot honey as a glaze instead of the usual balsamic. If you like crispy brussels sprouts then get these! We decided to split a burger and salad. The salad was a wedge and omg I've never seen so much bacon on a salad before, seriously. If you like bacon this is a must! The whole salad was delicious. We got the Sonoran burger which had jalapeño, caramelized onions, bacon, pepper jack cheese, and a garlic aioli. They lettuce wrapped it for us. It was cooked perfectly, well seasoned, and super flavorful with all the toppings. Got it with a side salad just because we didn't want fries. Our server was quick and on top of everything. Food came out pretty quick as did the drinks. Great atmosphere, basically a country style bar and restaurant with plenty of space, a dance floor, live music, lots of spirits, and a cool patio if it's cool enough to sit outside (it was 109 when we were there and they do have misters running outside). We finished off the evening playing some darts on their electronic dart machines. The games are cheap and there's tons of different types of dart games to choose from. Had a great time, we'll definitely stop by next time we're in town!

We stopped in here for brunch and it was fantastic! For brunch they have $2 mimosas, they also have love bands a lot of the time however it wasn't when we were in for Brunch on a Saturday morning but they have a strange and dance floor so we will check it out on a weekend night! The food was great, I got the Asian wrap and got an extra side of the sauce that comes with it and it was amazing. My friend comes here often and always gets the breakfast pizza.

Ask the Community - The Stillery

    Is there line dancing?

    Yes

Are kids expected to vacate once the tables are moved and the dance floor opens? Hope that makes sense.

I'm not sure if kids are expected to vacate, however, it gets pretty rowdy after dinnertime. The one time I went there it didn't seem kid friendly after dinner time. Hope this helps.

My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Unfortunately, that's about where the positives end. If you're coming for the food or the service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. We came in as a party of five a little after 9:00 PM and were told the kitchen closed at 10:00 PM. No problemo, we were ready to order right away. Instead, our server didn't return to take our order until around 9:20PM, despite nearby tables continuing to receive service. That was the first sign things weren't going well. I ordered the carne asada nachos specifically because the menu advertised them with queso instead of shredded cheese. I even mentioned to my group that was the reason I was ordering them. I also added a side of sweet potato waffle fries. About 25 minutes after we had already placed our order, the server came back and asked if I'd like a different meat. Like of course I don't want a different meat that's why I ordered carne asada. The server didn't say that they were out of carne asada, but I read between the lines and opted for ground beef cause really the queso is what makes the nachos. Also, I couldn't help wondering why it took 25 minutes to find that out. Then the food arrived. My nachos immediately looked different than expected. Instead of queso, they were covered with shredded cheese. Nothing was mentioned about being out of queso. I notice there was none. When I asked about it, the server casually said, "Oh yeah, we're out of queso too." Wait...what? So the restaurant was out of both the carne asada and the queso. The two main ingredients that made me order the dish in the first place. No one cared to mentioned either of those things when taking my order OR when coming back and asking if I wanted a different meat didn't also mention they were out of queso. Had I known, I would have ordered something completely different from the start. To the server's credit, she did let me order something else. Sucks for the kitchen because they were already closed. I ended up getting the sliders, but they were just as underwhelming as everything else. The food overall tasted like frozen products that had simply been reheated. Nothing tasted fresh, especially considering the prices. The biggest issue wasn't just the mediocre food, it was the lack of communication and straight lie when placing my food in front of me. If items are unavailable, tell customers before they order or at least when placing their food down, not after they've waited half an hour and not saying anything at all. Between the disappointing service, poor communication, and unforgettable food for all the wrong reasons, this place completely lost my trust. I'd honestly rather spend half the money at IHOP, where the food is more consistent and I'd know what to expect.
