They packed the truck in no time but were very careful with my delicate items. They wrapped them and made sure they protected everything. Also, if there was any previous wear or tear, they pointed it out so I was aware. They allowed me to take photos and they had great communication. They trusted me to pay without trying to threaten like many other companies do before they drop your stuff off. They off loaded the truck and I paid the balance after they offloaded the truck. Very fair pricing and they were honest about cost. I am happy I found them. I will be calling them from now on and referring everyone, to use this company. Best moving company, I have ever called. I didn't need assistance often but when I did the desk staff was very friendly. The move out process was easy and they give you a 4 day grace period if your move out coincides with your monthly renewal date, so you have a good amount of time should you need it before getting charged. They did accidentally charge me after I moved out but a quick phone call got me a nice apology and my money refunded ASAP. Not a huge problem. Prices were on par with other storage areas I've used as well. Units fill up quickly in the spring as students get storage units for their things for the summer so I'd recommend getting a space in the winter or fall just in case. Pretty good across the board!
