Jamie, from EZ, was wonderful and went over and beyond. I contacted EZ Storage letting them know that in a week I would need a unit. They had several options that they were running specials on and even called me a few days later when they had units pop up on the first floor in a prime location. When I went to EZ to sign my lease, Jamie was super thorough, explaining my different options, mapping out where the different available units were located and then showed me my specific unit. With the stress of moving this was one part of the move that was seamless. I had an issue with my movers and their size truck, but Jamie came out and met me on a Sunday (when they are normally closed) and helped solve the issue. The facility is very clean and I can not say enough about the A+ customer service!

Following my report, I was informed that I would need to move all of my belongings into another unit. Today, I was asked to leave my key behind so maintenance could assess the damage. Unfortunately, I am currently working and do not have the manpower to relocate my items into another unit on such short notice. .At no point was I offered an apology or any supportive solution. Instead, I was met with cold and dismissive behavior. This is not the first time I've had to deal with this particular staff member, whose unprofessional attitude has become a recurring issue. She frequently over-talks me, making matters worse rather than helping to resolve them. I was told she would enter my unit without my consent, citing a contract clause. I explicitly told her not to enter my storage or touch my personal belongings without my presence, and that request was disregarded.Given the current leak and the lack of available larger units when I first rented, I believe I should be transferred without additional cost or inconvenience.

The infestation destroyed nearly all of my furniture, clothing, and personal belongings. Old owners took care of this if there was any issues. Karts not available u less office open. Some old karts that won't roll if office closed. Prices kept going up and up. The people storing their stuff there just kept getting scarier and scarier. They had break ins a few times coming in through the emergency doors and couldn't catch. I was never informed until after I noticed I didn't have 24 access anymore. They had to quit giving this cause too many things happening. I did call main number and complain after all my stuff smelled like moth balls but they did nothing. I finally moved out and much happier at my new unit. These places have to get a great manager to run them or this places will not be successful. Management has to me on top of everything. I think they changed the named to cube smart.
