Dawn was a fabulous instructor taking time to show us, walk through the moves, provide hands on help as needed, and make sure we all stayed safe in the process. The facility was clean, lots of natural light, and completely comfortable to work out in. This class was such a great physical challenge and also so much fun! I will definitely be back!!

The pool is large and accommodates upwards of a dozen swim teams at one time. The area gets pretty loud, and in our experience, very crowded due to the limited seating area for a larger event. They do have a small area where you can bring your own folded chair and watch, instead of the bleachers. Just know that people can and will stand in front of you at times to watch their son swim. All in all, we have enjoyed coming here. They have a small coffee/bakery in the lobby that comes in handy. Washrooms are easily accessible adjacent to the pool.

It makes working out fun and comfortable. All I can say is wow!!! Wish I had joined sooner. The locker rooms are clean and give off a relaxing feel. The fellow members are inspiring, the personal trainers are AWESOME! They give great feed back and words of encouragement. There is a different type of positive energy when walking into this gym. You will definitely get the most out of your workout coming here. Overall, it is a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family. Thank you so much to the staff at CSF for being very friendly and helpful to me and other members. It does not go unnoticed. Stop on by and get a tour here, you never know.. you might LOVE IT!

They will not answer their phone. This has to be some kind of joke - they keep charging my card regardless of my requests. Stop payment requests keep being put on. Give me a break here, just cancel the membership! Or at least respond! Haven't been here for months and need to continuously go online to stop payment every month. Insanity. BEWARE. Do not join here, they will make it impossible to cancel, will not communicate with you and will just keep charging you. Complete and total scam artists. Dirty gym too, wasn't the greatest but was fine for convenience. But this, this right here is a lack of ethics and basic values. Disgusting.

Only 2 people had masks on, none of the staff did. The staff were huddled together talking and didn't even glance up at me. The machines were really dirty and gross. I'm talking like... piles of gunk and dust. You were supposed to wipe down your machines, but I appeared to be the only one doing so and the cloth they provided was also dirty. The whole thing was disgusting and made me incredibly uncomfortable.

Some of the old people working at the gym are flat out RUDE. 3rd or 4th day here using the gym and I mentioned the Sauna wasn't working correctly..just to make them aware if it, I was fine either way I can manage and just go workout and see if it wants to start working.. this lady all huffy and puffy at the desk goes, " well you GUYS need to tell us when it's not working! We have never had this problem before the 3 MONTHS I have been here." She was upset and taking it out on me when all I did was bring it to her attention. So instead of saying thanks for bringing this to my attention, I will have someone look into it...lol which would have been a better response I got an earful which turn into blaming me for the other people at the gym..this is my 3rd/4th day being at the gym...Ridiculous. If that wasn't enough, the whole reason we were already iffy on joining in the first place was the lack of respect and professionalism from the manager Lisa over at this gym. Apparently she has been there for 12 years, so you think she should know how to talk to people. Nope! Guess again. She is very rude and same demeanor "you guys need to tell us when stuff goes wrong!" Again - why am I being Scolded for mentioning that something was wrong... I am not a child we are all adults this is not how you talk to people. Instead she should've thanked me for saying something instead I'm getting scolded????!!!!!! I'm sorry I'm not sure what kind of hooligans you have over at the gym but you should know how to talk to people and stop blaming the help. When I'm at the gym I clean up after myself I wipe the machines down and everything and when I see something wrong I say something instead of getting a proper thank you I'm getting an earful and being treated like garbage not worth it!!!!! I don't know what's up with these older people that work at the gym but they are not pleasant. The younger people that work at the gym are fine they're very nice what's wrong with these older people I don't understand. Perhaps these rude people need to take a vacation or find a different line of work one that doesn't include customer service because they're terrible at it! Later....I did have another conversation with someone else at the gym and they have mentioned the saunas have issues constantly... so if the workers would do there jobs instead of just sit at the desk and collect a paycheck then maybe the gym would be in better shape and instead of "BLAMING" the people who actually come to the gym to - keep you collecting that paycheck, perhaps you could find it in your HEART to be a bit nicer to us. The gym goers are how you get paid to have a job - the owner just signs it. The customers are the ones who keep you employed. Please remember this.

The mat pilates/barre classes with Christine and Andrea will work every bit of your body and leave you feeling stronger every day. The yoga classes range from restorative to power with many conducted in 95 degrees which I personally love! Jodie, Tori, Taryn, Andrea and Lindsey all have different styles, yet I have a hard time deciding between them as they are all terrific! I also love the occasional workshops with fun and different yoga classes and healthy living sessions. (If you've never done breathwork, take Jodie's breathwork and meditation workshop! The experience will surprise you!). I've been coming here for 6 years and I still love every single minute I spend in this space!
