I was hooked after the first (or maybe second) session and was excited to be a full time member. Since joining, I have seen a dramatic increase in my endurance and strength. They say summer bodies are made in the winter and I am definitely on my way to shorts next summer! The trainers, Syruss, Kaitlyn and Lukasz are all amazing. They keep you motivated, will make you stretch yourself and ensure that you have proper form to avoid injury. The community is also great! I just moved back to New Lenox and by far No Limit Strength and Conditioning is my favorite!!! Here's why: -Gym is Super Spacious -Extremely Clean and Well Sanitized -Great Ventilation -New Equipment -Ample Parking -Phenomenal Programming -Seriously Great Members/Coaches Unlike most CrossFit gyms, no-one will be screaming from the rooftops about the "community" and/or challenging you on your pace, weight-choice, attendance. I've yet to hear a "sorry bro, I'm just competitive" at NLSAC. In my few months as a regular since they've opened their doors, I've personally seen twice-a-week members become four times a week, once a week to three times a week. This is a space of support, encouragement, and growth! Seeing and cheering the transformation of others has become more contagious than my own. No Limit Strength and Conditioning will never have to talk about community, because they actually have one. Bazillion out of five stars! Right here in New Lenox IL!

She does keep an eye on each of the crossfitter during the WODs and makes corrections on any bad form. Bridget and her coaches are also very supportive of the crossfitters and encourages us during our WODs. She pushes us to our limits! The atmosphere is very friendly and family-oriented. Some crossfitters even bring their children while they work out and Bridget doesn't mind. The WODs are quite challenging. I mean, it IS Crossfit! If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. A waiver, a photo, register my guest again, now they need the guest photo, etc. Why can't all this have been done when I joined?? My membership includes 1 guest and I pay $40/month. Now that my daughter is home from college I asked to upgrade to the membership that allows 2 guests. They tell me my membership can't be upgraded and that the only way would be to cancel my current membership and sign up for a new one for $45/month. The catch...now I would have to pay a $188 initiation fee and another annual fee which i have already paid! Someone tell me why I canj just pay the additional $5 on my membership for the 2nd guest?!? No one is willing to explain other that my membership "can't do that." Absolutely ridiculous! Plan to cancel altogether and find a new gym!
