I just moved back to New Lenox and by far No Limit Strength and Conditioning is my favorite!!! Here's why: -Gym is Super Spacious -Extremely Clean and Well Sanitized -Great Ventilation -New Equipment -Ample Parking -Phenomenal Programming -Seriously Great Members/Coaches Unlike most CrossFit gyms, no-one will be screaming from the rooftops about the "community" and/or challenging you on your pace, weight-choice, attendance. I've yet to hear a "sorry bro, I'm just competitive" at NLSAC. In my few months as a regular since they've opened their doors, I've personally seen twice-a-week members become four times a week, once a week to three times a week. This is a space of support, encouragement, and growth! Seeing and cheering the transformation of others has become more contagious than my own. She does keep an eye on each of the crossfitter during the WODs and makes corrections on any bad form. Bridget and her coaches are also very supportive of the crossfitters and encourages us during our WODs. She pushes us to our limits! The atmosphere is very friendly and family-oriented. Some crossfitters even bring their children while they work out and Bridget doesn't mind. The WODs are quite challenging. I mean, it IS Crossfit! If it was easy, everyone would be doing it.
