I held off on getting what I usually get because of so much hair loss. Jeanette trimmed my hair today and she was so gentle and very easy to talk to about all my concerns going on with my hair. I also purchased Olaplex 4 and 5 today with the help from the owner who actually went and got it for me, I think I waited maybe 5-10 minutes while he went to go get it.
