There was only a couple of options that I liked and I wasn't paying $90 for the stereotypical Birkenstocks. Overall FF has a decent selection of shoes. Many varieties of tennis shoes, a bunch of canvas shoes (where did the Rocket Dogs go???) More women's shoes than men's or children's shoes. Prices range from cheap to overpriced. It just really depends on what you want whether they are cheap or expensive.

I was told I could pick them up in 3 days for a charge of about $18. I'm so impressed with the result! The toplifts look and feel sturdy. I got a very pleasant surprise yesterday at DSW. I was cheerfully greeted by a young man and later assisted by a helpful young lady. I eventually settled on a couple of maybe selections and almost left to think about it. I ended up buying a pair mostly because of the pleasant people working there. It has become far too normal for retail employees, especially young ones, to greet you with a dismissive "s'up". Both of these two deserve some praise because I probably would have walked away to keep looking elsewhere. I still hate shoe shopping and the shoes are still over priced but I was sold on the great service. Those two are keepers.

Quickly any concern I had was to put to rest! Mark assisted us and was extremely helpful! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the boots! After trying several sports stores with no luck, we called Famous Footwear in Lee's Summit. Kaitlyn answered the phone and went above and beyond--she checked the clearance section for me and found the exact size we needed (a youth 3 in turf cleats!). She kindly held them for us, and when we arrived there was no line. We were in and out quickly, cleats in hand, and only 2 minutes late to the game.
