I was not expecting such an intense workout session but I left there exhausted! We did everything from running laps to push ups. If you're a first timer they ask that you go in early for orientation where you fill out paperwork, pick out your gloves and learn the different punches and kicks. I recommend going for the orientation or you'll be so confused because the class is fast tempo, so I found that the orientation helped a lot. They also provide you with a free bottle of water on your first session. Keep in mind that the location is on a busy street metered parking street in Newark. You will get ticked if you're not careful. Also with the Groupon package you're given 2 weeks to complete 5 classes ( 1st class is free ) which I found to be a little tight... I'll keep y'all updated on how the rest of my sessions go

Every time I work out with Coach J I feel a combination of exhaustion and exhilaration. Lol! I haven't worked out in several months due to some health issues, but I'm looking forward to working with Coach J again soon.
