This location alone was disorganized, unknowledgeable about suits, fit and style. They weren't even aware of other Collin locations. I mentioned I was from Toronto and needed to order something to a close location to Toronto and they told me that London was the closets, meanwhile, there's a few in the GTA area I found out at a later time of wasting time, money and gas. There were so many things that went wrong with this company between the Windsor and London (head office) locations. This post would be extremely long if I listed every issue I had within a 3-4 month period - most stressful 3-4 months. There are much better suit clothing companies out there in Windsor/Amherstburg area. I also found better prices at other suit companies - just at a regular price.

Keith was a rockstar and couldn't have been more personable or helpful. I couldn't recommend him enough. The reason I'm giving four stars is the time it took to get the pants made. I think they had some delays with their fabrics getting thru customs and then actually getting the pants created. All in all, it took about four months...and the communication during that time was a little spotty. But Keith was super apologetic and tried his best to get things done as quickly as he could. I really appreciated his help!
