I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience was too disappointing not to share. I went in for a hair color, clearly explained what I wanted, showed the pictures but ended up with RED (never asked for it) uneven, patchy results. After 4 hours of failed attempts to fix it, the stylist asked me to return the next day to keep trying. I lost confidence and will now need to go elsewhere to correct it. **Hair color review** I had an amazing experience at this salon ! I just cut my hair into a pixie with another stylist the day before (she doesn't do color) and I knew I also wanted a color change to match my new cut's cute edginess. I was a little hesitant at first to book here because of some of the mixed reviews, but because it's so close to where I live and the Google reviews were so positive I decided to go for it. No regrets! I had Jade, who was fun, professional, and talented. I told Jade what I was going for in terms of color and she nailed it. The ambiance of the salon also is very zen; as soon as I walked in I was offered herbal tea and the receptionist was super friendly. They are also honest - unexpectedly my price was $20 less as Jade said my short hair didn't warrant the full single process color price. The integrity and professionalism not to mention fabulous color will bring me back in next month for my touch up!
