I have been a patient at Momentum for around a year now off and on and have been very impressed…read morewith the care and service I have received. I will start with the fact that I've never once had a billing question or issue come up, and out of all the contractors Kaiser works with in this area, this is the only one I've encountered that has not ever taken issue with the set up of my plan or how short/long Kaiser takes to pay out on claims. This makes my life SO much easier, especially considering the other Kaiser contractor for PT in this area flat out refused to see me. Appointment scheduling is easy, as is paying copays and any other administrative matters. Hours for appointments are very flexible and allow for pre- and post-work hour appointments which is great. I have been seeing Zack off and on for TMJ pain with my jaw - first as a way to see if PT could help with the constant dull jaw pain I was experiencing at the recommendation of my primary care doctor, and now again as I prep for jaw surgery later this year that was recommended after PT was determined to be not enough to fix my structural jaw problem. Despite me being his only TMJ patient and TMJ not being a common or easily fixable issue, Zack has been incredibly understanding, willing to work with my strange and likely confusing descriptions of pain levels and pain locations, and open to various techniques to help manage my pain levels. He has used dry needling (yes on my face!), ultrasound, cupping, massage, and more to manage and shift the pain that I deal with. When I wanted to return this year after experiencing more pain with teeth movement as a result of my pre-surgery braces, I was taken back as a patient with no questions asked. I am grateful to receive such great care from competent and friendly providers and front desk staff.

Treatment was for osteoarthritis of the cervical spine. Once a week, for many weeks, I was treated by the same therapist. It's not a practice that I've encountered at all other PT businesses and it irks me, besides not making sense. The therapist, Beth, seemed highly knowledgeable about how to minimize my pain and increase my neck's flexibility. The therapy was varied and progressive, with home exercises prescribed to more quickly reach my goals. All in all, a great place for first-class physical therapy.

Needeling, cupping, strengthening and deep tissue work, I'm opiate free. I hardly find a need for the cane and made some great friends along the way! I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Physical Therapy! Call today! Unfortunately, I have to reconsider RMPT. Frankly, they've plummeted in service, the New Management, who has a DPT, couldn't help put a shoulder brace on. I've gone 2x's a week 620 a year, $3,500. Over 5+ years. I only kept going for Deric PTA. However, when the "Doctor of Physical therapy, straight out refuses to assist. I find a new practice. See after 15 yrs in nursing, its obvious, who sux. That would be the management "Sara" Who runs out of the door at 4:30 daily. Not surprised they have. Little to no staff. The Management frankly sux. There are many more this one, who is excited, helpful and committed to her work. Perhaps Sara should give up her DPT, and focus on her family. Brittany, PA, should remember to get all the pertinent information before casting judgment…read more Understandably, this clinic does not prescribe to alcohol or drug abusers. The policy is 5 years sober. Okay. Unfortunately, when I was asked about a health condition I have, she jumped immediately to a conclusion that put me in that group, when I don't belong to that group. She therefore quite astoundingly refused pain management for me. Wow. I will say (and did say in office), my condition could be made deadly with the consumption of alcohol, so I quit over a year ago when I found out about it. It certainly would have made sense for her to ask about the genetics, metabolic situation, and other health reasons that Caused my illness instead of just assuming that as I discontinued my small consumption, "I must have been an abuser of alcohol". Such behavior is below most health care professionals.. facts are usually drawn before conclusions. She may need more training in the prevention of abuse of power, judgmental behavior, and worsening stereotypes through discrimination. Three staff may also benefit from this same trading as the words "on the sauce" were clearly heard through my patient room for after she departed the room. Shameful. My regular health care providers, including my primary care and illness specific specialists, agree that although her discriminatory behavior and judgmental attitude would likely change if she were given the facts, seeking services from her or anyone in this office would be harmful to my own mental health. If this is her attitude toward a new patient, she may want to administer PETH testing to all of her current patients. I would hate to see prescriptions being given to current consumers of alcohol or other drugs! (That is not meant sarcastically.)

I called for several weeks to see what the status was yet they never contacted my insurance. Everytime I was told that they hadn't called them yet and they were not sure why it was taking so long. I called insurance and they verified they had never been contacted. So now more than 10 weeks later I get the bill for the consultation which also was not sent to my insurance. This was supposed to be done before my appointment! The office does not seem to be run competently, which makes me wonder what kind of a mess there would be if I sought treatment through them. I would definitely look elsewhere for treatment.

I didn't mean that as a brag, but to emphasize my belief that Dr. Gatteau is one of the most positive influences on my running career. His adjustments were huge for a temporary issue, but he helped me develop a process to approaching my sport from a recovery & wellness perspective that actually helped all areas of my life. I came in the summer of 2013 before my senior year of High school with issues with pretty substantial pain, inflammation, and tightness. He made some pretty important adjustments for the time. But he also taught me how to stretch properly, and to relax and naturally drop into a stretch. Using your parasympathetic nervous system vs. forcing into a stretch (sympathetic). This was all in 3 appointments, in one week when I was on vacation, with a huge impact on my career. Before meeting him, I was "injury prone", and at the time I was stressed, and worrying if I'd be able to complete my last Cross Country season in one piece. Instead I was All-State in Illinois Cross Country, ran a 4:15 mile in Track, and got a Division I scholarship. As I reflect on some of my happiest experiences as an athlete, I'm thankful that Dr. Gatteau helped me develop the relaxation process that allowed me to perform at peak levels.
