Think Twice Before Renting at The Summit at Point Loma My experience was filled with billing errors, poor maintenance, and extremely poor customer service. Even after moving out on June 25, I was incorrectly charged a full month's rent for July, renters insurance, pet-related fees, and then a late fee was added on top of those incorrect charges. I had to repeatedly call and email to try to get my account corrected. One of the most frustrating aspects was dealing with the Property Manager, **Suzy Reyes**. Phone calls were never returned, concerns were not addressed, and I never felt that management genuinely cared about resolving resident issues. Communication was consistently poor throughout my tenancy. The property itself has numerous problems: * Excessive monthly water charges that seemed unreasonably high. * Residents are charged separately for pest control, yet I experienced a mouse infestation while living there. * The trash area was frequently overflowing and unsanitary. * Hallways and elevators were often dirty and poorly maintained. * The apartment windows were old, worn out, and in need of replacement. I was even charged a $75 late fee despite being enrolled in AutoPay. I had to prove that AutoPay had been set up before the charge was finally removed. Residents should not have to spend their time correcting management's billing mistakes. After I moved out, I was also charged for cleaning, painting, and carpet cleaning, even though I thoroughly cleaned the apartment before turning in my keys. I left the unit in good condition and was surprised by these additional charges. Overall, this property charges premium rent while providing substandard maintenance and customer service. My experience left me feeling that resident concerns were simply not a priority. I cannot recommend living here and would encourage prospective renters to carefully research this property before signing a lease. read more

It feels as if the management accepts anyone without proper screening and the quality of life for residents suffer because of it. The hallways are constantly filled with the smell of marijuana. There are reviews from other residents that mention similar issues. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their screening and community policies. I've lived at The Summit for six months now. The office staff has changed for the better- they are very responsive. Maintenance is fantastic and always incredibly willing to help. People are friendly and seem to stick around for a while. There is the occasional loud speaker at the pool with no regard to other pool guests. This is a smoke friendly property which is surprising considering it's pretty nice. I have asked that they open the gym earlier and been ignored a few times now- their hours are 9a-9p. I work 7-7 and I'm tired after so those hours don't work for me. Everywhere else I've lived has normal gym hours (early morning), where residents can access with a key card or code. They seem unwilling to make any changes. It's an easy fix and the office staff admitted I was not the only resident to make this request. Other than that it's not bad! Updates! My son and I love this apartment! Our renovated downstairs unit is listed as 770 sq. ft, but we had approximately 400 sq. ft extra in our "backyard" area. The staff (both leasing and maintenance) are welcoming, informative, and overall amazing! The property itself is beautifully landscaped, the amenities are convenient, plus you get an amazing view of the SeaWorld fireworks by the pool. I would recommend this community to small families (especially single parents) looking for units in the Point Loma area. Even though ours was 1 bed/1 bath, we had plenty of living area, privacy, and security. read more

Don't rent here. The buildings slanted, retaining wall to ground unit is about to collapse, people are constantly breaking into the garage and stealing bikes, busting into cars, etc. Requested they get cameras and they said they don't have the budget for it. Wtf?! Oh yeah, and don't be fooled by those beautiful patios. 4 MONTHS SINCE WRITING ABOVE DRAFT (just sent the complaint below to the BBB) Leased a 2B/2B apartment at The Summit in San Diego. Never had a walk-thru at beginning of lease, and most notably at end of lease. Left apartment clean and free of any and all personal items. Approximately 20 days after lease was over, I receive an email from building stating I owned them $1,289.78. This bill did not say what this amount was for, nothing. The following week, I receive a letter in the mail from said building with an attached "Move-Out" statement. The letter stated we had 30 days from when the lease ended to pay the $1,289.78 or else it would be sent to a third-party collections company. The move-out statement consisted of a huge bogus invoice statement which included cleaning fee, carpet replacement, bathroom counter and kitchen counter stain repair (wtf), bedroom blind replacement. In addition, there was an invoice for the carpet parts on a sherwin Williams letterhead*. My Husband and I physically go to the leasing office to speak with the on-site manager and person who signed move-put statement letter, Yana Chobot. One of my very first questions was why we didn't have a walk Thru. She said we had to request walk throughs. Second question was to see photos of the alleged damages they have billed up. She says she will email them to me, no problem. We leave the office and expect to receive an email with photos. No email. The following day (that day being today), I emailed leasing requesting the photos Yana said she would email to me. I sent this email at 8amPDT. It is now 12:08PM PDT and no photos. *It then dawns on me to review the letterhead of carpet invoice. Isn't Sherwin Williams only paint? Naturally, I call Sherwin Williams. They are only paint, do not do carpet and are seemingly disturbed anyone would pretend to be them via carpet invoice. My husband is afraid his credit is going to get dinged by their threats and is going to pay them with a check for "Under Protest." As or me, I'm seeking council. ASAP. read more

Went in for a tour, nothing was available was told that they would call me as soon as one came available. A months later still no phone call. Called and L/M to check no response. Started checking online, and oh look 2 units available. Put in the online line appliction. Was forced to pay a holding fee while they did there checking which took forever. Sent in all my income verification, after pulling teeth with them to get a list of what they would accept as verification they said I wouldn't qualify until I gave them documents I don't have. Meanwhile, the slowness of their response and lack of communication when they figured out my types of docs would not work, I had to cancel my application. 3 months later I still haven't got my apartment hold back, emailed 4 times without a response. Found out today that the scam artists are saying since I canceled my application after 72 hours they get to keep my hold money. TOTAL SCAM ARTIST. My verification has worked at the last 2 apartments I have rented. I live in a luxury apartment downtown paying over 3500 a month. their rent was 23 something. If I can pay 3500 a month I can pay 2300 dumbasses! Horrible experience would never try to live there again, no a/c, no updated windows so electric would be a nightmare. Do better people. read more

There was a nice gentleman sending me Yelp messages about pretty good places in live in the Ocean Beach area. Now I am no authority on real estate but I did notice he had a great concern about his beloved BMW and it's safety so I recommended he should check out Summit at Point Loma. Nestled in the hills above-technically Ocean Beach, this large complex sits atop a bluff that overlooks Sea World and Mission Bay Park. You also have a cool view of the Pacific Ocean too. How do I know all this? My beloved daughter resided at this place for about 2 years a while back. I would come over all the time because the places are really very luxuriously appointed and I would babysit her pet. There are 1 or 2 bedroom units available with either 1 or 2 bathrooms. Living areas range from 750 to 985 square feet with dish-washers, walk-in closets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a pool, spa, workout room, and outdoor BBQ/party area. Very impressed with the business center with Wi-Fi and computers residents can use. The views from the apartments over-looking Sea World are OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD Fabulous! I would sit for hours in the evening and just stare out at the Sea World fireworks and glimmering stars-lovely! My Yelp friend mentioned how he travels a lot and worries about his baby-the BMW. Since there is gated, security camera-ed, underground parking here at the Summitt-no worries. My daughter has a Lexus and she had no qualms about parking here. I did have to remove 1 YELP STAR off the Summit at Point Loma due to problematic safety issues exiting the parking garages. There are 2 entrance/exits and both pull out onto a busy, winding street where it is hard to see cars coming up or down. I would literally, hold my breath when I pulled out of the driveway and hoped for the best! If you can train yourself to move quickly in and out of those driveways-all should be good. If you want to be near the airport, downtown, the beaches and the freeway entrances-this is a good place to go. I would suggest the view apartments because the back units where my daughter first lived have patios that open up to a bunch of weeds and a fence. Sometimes the homeless do jump the fence and come wandering along. She never had any problems but it is something to consider, if you are a single female living alone. read more

I moved here very recently so I certainly can't say something about everything, but here's my review so far: 1. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Michael in the office and the maintenance staff! We had issues with the shower and door and maintenance did their best to fix within 24 hours. 2. Great amenities 3. Staff was professional in handling my emotional support animal accommodation 4. Well kept landscaping/common areas 5. Location close to the gym, grocery store etc. Only 4 stars/5 because: I was not told this was a smoke friendly complex- I have never lived in a complex where tenants are allowed to smoke in and around the units so I did not think to explicitly ask before signing the lease. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke and smoke frequently comes into my apartment through the bathroom vent. I wonder if there is a vent air filter that could be replaced? Also, it is pretty expensive- but that is something you deal with in San Diego. I am in a downstairs apartment and I can hear almost every time the upstairs neighbors move around (nothing against them!). Finally, I heard they were going to install an Amazon locker (hasn't happened yet) and nowadays this really is important so your stuff doesn't just sit on your doorstep for days if you're not home. I am a new and current resident here at the Summit Yana and Evon have been most helpful. If you have questions about anything they can answer them. They made my enrollment and setup very easy. The building may not be new but they do a great job of renovating and maintaining the facility. My unit is actually a non renovated one but everything still works properly. Also if you need help with anything Ernie is also available. The place is very close to alot of nice areas like Ocean Beach and Sunset Cliff plus most of the people I have met are nice and noise levels are normal. What's great is you have assigned parking and the garage is gated so no worrying about potential breakins, although the area around here is safe anyway. read more

This is my first review I have ever written. I usually don't believe bad reviews. because I feel like people are just bored or being negative but I had to give my 2 cents. I was so excited to live here because the grounds are beautiful and my huge apartment which was on the end of the building with an amazing view was awesome! I had a pretty good experience living here with the exception of the car accident I got into with another tenant exiting the parking garage and the unexplained $20 a month increase on the water bill. I decided to move out because it was just to expensive at $1400 a month (including water). The main reason I decided to write this review and give them 2 stars is because I moved out 2 months ago and have yet to receive the remainder of my deposit check they owe me. The office is very unorganized and has an excuse for EVERYTHING. If I owed them 300 dollars I guarantee it would be a different situation. I have called numerous times and have yet to receive the money. Yes this is a beautiful place to live but it just isn't worth the hassle to take care of any problem you might have with the office. read more

I just moved in not too long ago and so far I have no complaints. The apartment is very spacious aand the amenities are amazing. I have used the gym a couple times now and although it's not the biggest I gym in the world I can still get a good work out and it is open 24 hours. All of the staff that I have encountered have been very nice and helpful I could not ask for anything better. The guy who helped me and my wife was Michael. If you happen to get him on the phone when you call in you are very lucky. He handled everything for me and my wife mostly before we had to ask for it. I gave The Summit one star because the porch we had on our apartment was huge and I thought the price was very affordable. Also a star for the amenities. I love the pool, workout area and being able to watch the fireworks from the hot tub. The main complaint about this place is the manager Matt and the maintenance guy. This is going to be a long story so strap in. 1- The first incident took place a few weeks after we moved in. The maintenance guy was cleaning the grounds and came up to me and my dog to look at him. He asked if we were new and I said yes. He said, "Well he's too big". I said, "Excuse me? What do you mean?" He said, "He is too big to live here". I simply stated to him that I had shown records of his weight to the office manager and that we were fine, which is why we were able to move in. I couldn't believe it! Why in the world would the maintenance guy be telling people this? I was so upset because the thought of being kicked out, after we just moved in was very overwhelming. 2-The second incident took place about a month after we moved in. We returned from a trip and discovered an opossum stuck on our porch (we had a porch that was dug into the side of the hill so it was surrounded by walls). It was hissing and trying to crawl up our screen. We immediately called the maintenance guy (which we were given his cell phone number for emergencies) and told him the situation. He promptly let us know that was not in his job description and got off the phone. Interesting because I didn't realize that guessing a dogs weight was in his job description. We were left to our own devices and eventually ended up putting up our ironing board so the opossum could climb back out. 3-Matt is never, ever, ever in the office. I cant tell you how many times I pulled up to the complex on a Saturday and/or Sunday and people were sitting outside in thier moving trucks, from other states, trying to get a hold of Matt so they could get their keys. We talked about it a few times in the hot tub with other tenants and they had similar problems. One said she even had to break in to be able to start her move. I would suggest getting your keys a few days before you move in. Matt always has some excuse of why he isn't there and it usually has something to do with his son being sick or something. I think they actually are closed on Mondays too now. 4- Matt came up to my boyfriend and I at the grocery store one day when we were shopping and were told that we didn't pay enough on our security deposit. We were like, um, we are fairly certain we did. We checked into it and everything was fine on our end. My boyfriend went to the office and talked to Matt about it and he said that he was sorry that he always confuses us with the other couple that looks like us up the hall. Ummm..ok?! 5- It literally took us 8 months to get the intercom connected to our phone to buzz open the main door. I am not kidding you..we had to ask Matt 8 times to do it. He had an excuse every time of why he hadn't done it. It is a big complex and it can be a pain in the butt to walk out there every time a guest comes over (especially if you have a party). 6- My boyfriend was walking down the hall after a night of drinking and didn't have his keys. He happened to stumble across the maintenance guy and asked if he could let him in to our apartment. He told my boyfriend that he doesn't do lock outs and left him on his own. WTF??? What is your job exactly? 7- Lastly, if one thing goes wrong with the pet area (someone doesn't pick up after their pets, etc) a nasty/condescending note is left on the doors of all the pet owners that addresses everyone as if they are 10 years old. Funny, I thought that we were the customer. I read the reviews on Yelp about this place and even asked Matt about it before we moved in and he said that many of the old tenants were upset because they had a large renovation and they had to move apartments etc because of this. That was a while ago. The places are cute and I think they are a great deal, but you definitely have a hard time getting anything taken care of here. The grounds and the actual apt is nice. I had a very large patio which was great. The gym, pool and bbq area were cool. Thats were it ends with being a good apt. The parking is horrible. They charge an insane amount for water! The management, which is corporate, are pure evil. The girl in the office talks so fast that I always felt like I was being brainwashed into just going with whatever she said. I asked her many times to slow down, but she never did. The maintenance was ok, but not stellar. I only moved there because I had to move last min and it was in the area I wanted to be in. If I had more time to look I would not have moved there. It is a corporate run place and they do NOT care about you as a tenant, only that they get their money. I had major surgery and I needed someone to stay with me, but when I asked if they could park in one of the open parking spots for 24 hrs to help me they were very rude and mean to me when they told me no. After deciding to not move back to Mariner's Cove (aka The Ghetto Cove) apartments, I was referred to this place by fellow yelper Gail (Thanks Gail!). So far its been a great place to live. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are decent and they gave me a nice ocean view apartment at good price. Only downside is that parking is tricky to get into and out of and one must be careful when leaving and entering the garage with the steep grade of the hill to avoid damaging your car. Neighbors are friendly and lots of Brazilians live here :) The apartment units are large and nicely setup. Only real beef is that the elevators are very old and half the time break and it does take management a very long time to fix them when they break. Other than that, management has done a nice job helping me to get any things fixed quickly in the place. Location is perfect- you can walk up the hill to the local gym and supermarket, freeway access to the 8 and 5 is easy and close to beaches and downtown. read more

The lowdown up top: Five Star Staff. Neighbors? Iffy. The previous reviewers are pretty much correct. The old manager of the place (Matthew) was about as inept as they come. He would take months to take care of simple tasks, he was pretty clueless as to anything except getting apartments filled, and he would have been gone a long time ago, in my opinion, if he didn't have an incredible maintenance staff. But the Summit has now had a new manager, Trina, for about a year. She is pretty incredible. Every request that we or our neighbors have brought to her she has taken care of quickly. The e-mails regarding issues that used to take weeks to get noticed, if at all? She calls back within the hour with a solution. Bottom line: Trina is a five star manager, and makes this place worth leasing. The Summit has a great maintenance department. There are two guys, John and Gabe, that keep the old buildings looking nice. Even when Matthew the inept manager was there, John and Gabe have been holding down the fort and keeping things looking great. The other amenities? I'm partial to the Sea World fireworks that you can watch almost every night from the hot tub. The pool and hot tub are nice, and well kept. The gym at the Summit is as large of a gym that you can find at an apartment complex in San Diego. Unless you like to throw bigger weights, you can get a workout there. As you walk inside through the Wizard of Oz gates at the front, you see a pretty nice courtyard that we have here. It looks especially Jurassic Park-ish at night, and that's not a bad thing. There are a few downsides of this joint. The walls are definitely not as thick as you'd like. It isn't to the point that you hear everything in your neighbor's place, but if they are making a racket, you're going to hear it. There are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, and most people respect it. If not, there's a courtesy patrol that does come by on a nightly basis and anytime there's a noise complaint. We have a pretty decent turnover (not to the level of some ghetto places in the Midway district) because of the student and military population, but there are definitely a large percentage of anchor tenants that are quiet, respectful,and friendly. There is no A/C here. Usually, that's not an issue, but this summer got warm! Moral to the story? It's not perfect, but definitely isn't the worst place in town. I honestly think it's dollar for dollar one of the better places around. For the price, the Summit delivers. read more

My husband and I have been living here for almost a year and we have ZERO complaints about this complex. The management are extremely friendly and know everyone by name, which we have never experienced this, ever. It's great! They never fail to answer any questions, or just chat with you for a few minutes. The maintenance staff are AWESOME. They always show up within the day or even within the hour of calling with a problem(which are slim to none). The appearance of the complex always looks great and the pool has a maintenance guy come out everyday to clean it! And the view isn't half bad either, with a glass barrier overlooking Seaworld and Mission Bay Park. I leave for work at 4:30 AM on the weekdays and I have noticed we have security company come and do a walk through of the premise. I think that is great and it makes me feel even safer in my home. All in all, me and my husband love living here and would love to stay here if he wasn't in the military. I would strongly recommend anyone living at The Summit at Point Loma. read more

I lived here for nearly 3 years, but sadly had to move due to military. Apartments/complex is very clean, very quiet, secure, and has everything you need- gym, pool, business center, and updated apartments. My husband and I lived at Summit Point Loma for 2.5 years and moved out on September 1st. It was honestly a great place to live. We only ever had excellent service from management and maintenance. Noise was never really an issue. There was an occasional party with noise on the weekends, but they quieted down at a decent hour. I had to call emergency maintenance once due to a huge leak from the people upstairs and they were there within a half an hour even though it was 10pm at night. Otherwise, the random small things that happen with a rental were taken care of within 24 hours. Management has only ever been friendly and responsive with me. I've dealt with Trina mostly and she is awesome! Move out was a very smooth process and we got most of our deposit back with no argument or haggling needed, and it was promptly mailed. In fact I got it today, 26 days later. Probably the easiest move out I've had from an apartment ever. We had a one bedroom, and here are the reasons we moved: 1. Airplane Noise - You are under a flight path that runs from 6am - 10pm or so 2. No AC & only 1 Ceiling Fan in Kitchen 3. We wanted a place with our own washer and dryer 4. Our own 2 parking spots Honestly, 1 & 4 they can't do anything about really. 2 & 3 could possibly be changed. Overall this place ended up being great for us moving out with no serious knowledge of the area when my husband got stationed here. read more

The staff at The Summit At Point Loma is nothing but friendly, helpful and extremely caring. We consider ourselves friends with the staff! They have an apartment for any renter. They have beautiful 1 and 2 bedrooms with a clean and well maintained pool and jacuzzi. My boyfriend and I are very picky about where we live and we have seriously not one complaint about this place. The view is incredible, especially at night! That is just one great part about living here! Although its a 2 building apartment complex, you hardly ever feel like there is anyone around you. There aren't any loud college kids throwing frat parties, or random people walking around the premise. It is gated and always feels safe. The same goes for the gym, there is a good amount of equipment, it is extremely clean and open late. Oh, and theres also free wifi by the pool! Score! If cable is not something you want to pay for, I recommend the Summit at Point Loma. Every week they go and buy new movies , and rent them to apartment holders for free! They have over 500 of the latest movies! We've been living here for almost a year now, and still have yet to get through half of them! There's also a media room! In which you are able to print and use a number of computers -- all included in the price of rent! I could go on and on, but overall The Summit At Point Loma deserves a 5 star, because they are just that "As good as it gets!" Would definitely recommend this place to anybody! read more

What a great place to live! The only reason I left was because I decided to go to school in LA. The staff and management is fantastic - so nice and efficient. The pool/spa is great and never too crowded - the view from the spa during the summer nights include the Seaworld fireworks! The gym is small but, once again, never crowded, always clean and had exactly what I needed (ellipticals, bikes, treadmills, free weights, resistance machines, and a yoga room). The apartment complex is very nice. I live in a partially remodeled unit with a great view. The amenities here are nicer than any other apartments I have ever seen. The maintenance staff Is also the best. Ernest and the other maintenance personnel take care of any issues quickly and professionally. This place is pricey but so are other places around San Diego. My issue is for the money being paid here you have to put up with a lot of Marijuana smoke. Even though the lease prohibits any federally illegal substances. The leasing office can't do much about saying their hands are tied and maybe they actually are since it's legal. Look I don't personally smoke but I don't have issue with people doing it in their home. It becomes a problem to me when it stinks up my apartment especially problematic if you have kids. The Leasing office will tell neighbors that it's bothering others but first you must find out who exactly is responsible. So if you run into this issue be prepared to put your detective hats on and start sniffing around the complex otherwise they won't help. If you don't mind marijuana smoke this place is perfect if you can afford it. If I knew this prior I would not live here which is why I'm writing the review so that ppl make more informed decisions than I did.I'm now waiting out my lease. read more

Ok for starters I got a two person apartment and when I originally went in to view the apartments they told me that I could have two parking spots. The day that I go to sign the lease... only one parking spot. Still signed up though. The place "looks" great! Plus the apartment I got had a good view. Well after about a month I realized how terrible parking is on a huge ass hill and having to compete with tons of other residents that seem like they are camping. Some days I had to park as far away as a quarter mile... that made humping groceries into the gated place a huge pain the the butt. Once I got into the apartment I found out that some of the windows were broken, so I went down to the office in the main courtyard to complain and put in a work order... nobody was there. I look at the office hours posted 9-5pm. I got there at 2pm... lunch is usually over by then right? It took me a FEW times going down to see if anyone was in the office and I eventually got ahold of someone to put in my work order. After a month... I forgot about the window and was reminded when I needed to open it after smoking out the kitchen cooking some stir fry. SO I went back in "A FEW TIMES" and gave them another work order and reminded them. Needless to say... they never fixed it. After living there for about 3 months I realized that the water/utilities bill was always different and high. My last one was a little over $120! Also I found out that it was a rare occasion for them to have the pool/Jacuzzi open... due to maintenance. And that was very frustrating seeing as how I'm partially paying for that accommodation and that was one of the biggest reasons for me deciding to get the place. Around that point I left on deployment and the Apartment was occupied by my roommate and my girlfriend. I guess while I was gone the trash chute in the apartment clogged so they started a new trash system giving all of the tenants their own trash can and charging a little extra for tenants to put the trash outside their door and having it picked up on certain days of the month. There was no agreement for the tenant to start paying the extra charge... they just tacked it on to the utilities bill... forced bills... Like it. Then here is the kicker... While i'm on deployment i guess my roommate forgot to pay his rent. SO they sent ME an eviction notice via email and told me I had 3 days to pay or else they would be kicking me out. I contacted my roommate, and he said he hadn't heard a thing about an eviction. THey just sent me an email.. and didnt even have the courtesy to call him and leave a message or post something on the door for god sake. SO I had to take care of this while I was thousands of miles away floating in the middle of the ocean. I told my roomy and he paid... but I can't believe they would give me a 3 day notice EMAIL... Once I got back I was positive about moving out. I found a new place moved all my stuff put in my 30 day notice, and cleaned the apartment, and vacummed. Dearlord the rugs that they installed were so fibery that it killed a brand new vacuum cleaner... that's generally a sign of a really cheap rug... when it falls apart while vacuuming. Around the edges by the door... so of the rug pulled up and I had to fix the vacuum and it semi put a hole in the rug.... Normally you would consider this to be a flaw with the aparment... but no I got charged $1050 extra in move out fees for them to replace the rug.... plus they tacked on all sorts of other fees... the total cost eventually came to somewhere around $1500 in fees I had to pay for them to hire a cleaning service (something that I put a lot of work in to doing myself already) and repainting the walls... (the walls were fine). Originally I paid a $500 deposit which I thought was awesome for a move in fee... Now my roomy and I owe them around $1000 because they had to get a brand new rug... the rug was new when we first moved in... it had zero stains when we left. SO if you like GOOD management.. and getting ripped off. I would apply here. Otherwise avoid the headaches.. this place isn't worth the hassle... even though the view is good.... it's not worth it. read more

The apartment itself is beautiful, including the pool and gym. The management is terrible. I saw the yelp reviews prior to moving in and thought they had their own bad experience or they overreacted but nope, pretty dead on. If you want to live by the beach do yourself a favor and look around first, I bet you will find something more appealing. They don't have a lot of empty apartments because they are a great place to live.. read more

This place is noisy. Management never responds to anything. They overcharge for water. They even admitted in their letter to the community, we will have to adjust our usage of water to keep the grounds green. Basically they've left their hoses running and the tenants have to pay a higher water bill. The apartment community is noisy and when you call to complain they don't do anything about it. I want to add some additional info to my prior review. I lived in this place for many years and I really enjoyed it. Now I have to move to another state and I was worried about breaking my lease. However, the management offered me two reasonable options. One of them worked perfectly for me. It was great that they care about tenants not only while you are living there but also if you have to break your lease agreement. read more
