I went in to sun hut as a first time customer... The woman was very rude to me and not friendly at all!!! She made weird faces when I asked questions and kept pointing at the prices with her fingernail. I told her I would think about it and she just gave the weirdest look and had nothing to say. I will never go back in there again. People do NOT know what customer service and relations is these days. They lost a loyal customer and a very good word of mouth read more

Fantastic tanning salon with great beds! They have about four standard beds, and about five upgrade beds for faster tanning results. One of those is a stand up bed for which you just simply walk inside! The place is always clean, and if you'll pay a bit more for the upgrade beds you'll never wait for a open bed! read more

Frustrating experience. I went to this tanning salon and clearly explained that I had never been tanning. I planned a trip to Jamaica, but feared that my pale skin would burn to a crisp. I was looking for some advice, but the owner was less than forthcoming with input. I purchased a month of unlimited tanning and a bottle of their most expensive lotion. After 4 visits, I couldn't tell any change. Each visit I felt like I was an inconvenience and a bother. I'm not going back. read more

Bad experience at this location. Received a spray on tan on Friday (7/15) morning around 10ish from a young lady with the first initial of "A". No tan on Saturday and no tan on Sunday. Went back to the location on Monday (7/18). I discussed my concerns of no tan with a staff person at the location. She notice that she could not see a tan as well. She suggested that I speak with the owner/manager on Tuesday. So today, (Tuesday 7/19) I called the location and spoke with the owner/manager. First of all, lack of customer service by the lady as I explained the no tan. She stated that I should have come back to the location on Saturday or Sunday. I was told by "A" that it could take a few days...and a few days was Monday. When I asked her what could be done to resolve the issue...either get a repeat tan (correct) or my money back...The owner/manager was not receiving that suggestion at all. She repeatedly stated that "A" said I was happy when I left the location. "A" was pleasant and seemed to be professional, but didn't do the spray on tan sufficiently. So happy with "A" being pleasant, but not happy of not getting the service that was paid for by me. Then the owner/manager mentioned that if I come back disturbing her customers then she would call the police. What? Call the police...oh so, when a customer has an issue with your service you want to call the police. For all those (customers) that may think about getting service from this location please, please check out their policy and be sure not to call them with any complaints. Do trust I have the choice to spend my money at an establishment that has good customer service and no intimidations. All I wanted was the service I paid for. I am not about to give the establishment no trouble and no attitude. Enjoy the money that you received on 7/15 around 10ish for a spray on tan that was not sprayed on properly. read more

Customer service at this Sun Hut location is the absolute WORST. I have NEVER in my life received such an awful tanning experience, or lack thereof...there was no tan AT ALL. All procedures and protocols were followed, but there was no sign of a tan. However, upon seeing that there was no sign of a tan after application, I was reassured that my skin would darken over the course of the next two days. Over the time allotted time the "tan" did not "tan" one bit and I went back to the location where the tan was received. One of the staff workers saw the lack of a tan and suggested that I return in one business day, in order to meet with the manager. In one business day I called the manager who became furious when I expressed my dissatisfaction for the lack of the service I had paid for. The manager threatened to call the police if I should come to the establishment and speak to her any further, which she attributed to the fact that I may embarrass her in front of potential customers. I could not recommend this Sun Hut to anyone, ever. Not only will you not have a tan, but after speaking with staff members (including the manager) in regards to your dissatisfaction you will also not be compensated for your time or money in the end. It is not right to cheat people out of a tan, with no reconciliation. read more
