I love Lavi, Jay and Carissa but I've also had other techs and have never been disappointed with the work or the person. Manis and pedis both. Accidents happen, I've had a nick once or twice. But they've always been sure to ask if I'm in pain, and apologize if they've nicked even without me saying or flinching. I have very thin and weak nails and they're always kind when I ask them to be light with the dremel tool. Most, if not all, employees speak English extremely well and are very light on their native language between each other so I can join in on conversations and have a good time, especially when they joke with eachother. By far my favorite nail salon.

I showed a picture of what I wanted the guy acted confident they could do it. I had SNS on when I got there. I'm not sure if he didn't understand that even though I told him. He did not soak my nails off. Instead he was hurting me by trying to pop my SNS off with a fake nail. I asked him to please stop and they always soak my SNS off. He then said, "Well how long is it gonna take you to soak?" He started clipping my nails before even asking me and clipped them in all kinds of weird directions. Did not even them out at all before he dipped my nails in the SNS initial powder. He then told me he could only do clear on my nails when I asked for French tips with a soft white base. He didn't understand what I was saying at all seems like. Because then he brought a powder that was white and sparkly. Needless to say, I paid for what he had already done and walked out.
