I've gone for a long time now, I haven't had any issues. I'm rough with my hands, they still last me a good 2 weeks. I've gone from sns to gel to bringing my own things, always figure it out and always kind. I love Lavi, Jay and Carissa but I've also had other techs and have never been disappointed with the work or the person. Manis and pedis both. Accidents happen, I've had a nick once or twice. But they've always been sure to ask if I'm in pain, and apologize if they've nicked even without me saying or flinching. I have very thin and weak nails and they're always kind when I ask them to be light with the dremel tool. Most, if not all, employees speak English extremely well and are very light on their native language between each other so I can join in on conversations and have a good time, especially when they joke with eachother. I came for a gel color change and was told it would be $25, later when it came time to pay I was told that the price was now $35. No other nail salon charges that much for a gel color change on toes. Price ranges from 25-28. read more

I went there today ( first visit). Ansley was the tech, she scrubbed the side of my foot so hard that I have a raw spot, never said a word to me. I thought my foot felt tender but it's hard to see unless you have a mirror. When I got in the car I checked my foot and there was a raw spot on the side of my foot! Not to mention the lyrics to the music they were playing was offensive and WAY TOO LOUD! I will never go back ! read more

Was in the area, a hard working teacher, wanted to stop in and get a simple quick pedicure! Times listed for sat are open Til 7pm...I walked in at 6:20 and was told they closed for the evening already. Several rude comments were given from workers and I was then asked to leave! Not very professionally handled! Will never return! If you didn't want to take a walk in 40 mins before close, communicate politely! Rudeness equals NO return business and word of mouth from someone you were out right rude to is a great way to loose business! read more

Got the luxury (or whatever it's called) meni pedi. My skin around the nail wasn't cleaned up. Asked for oval and got square. The inside of my nails is rough and wasn't filed smooth. The gel is bumpy and the color is uneven. The pedi didn't get scrubbed. Dead skin on the bottom of my feet. My first time here and I was so excited. read more

Great atmosphere and quality of work. Best place in town for SNS! At some places, they are heavy on the nail drummel when removing SNS before reapplying so the service can go quicker. That is not the case here- each time they make sure to soak off as much as possible to avoid damaging the nail with unnecessary filing. They also don't leave a mess under your nails with extra clear polish and powder. read more

Be aware if you use this nail salon some of the product of their SNS is bad I've had SNS for 6 years never had a problem. They did my nails and within 2 days Seven out of ten nails were cracked in half or had spider cracking throughout the whole thing I called they said come back we'll fix they charged me to do them again full price for something that was their problem their product being bad or outdated. I've been to this place several times for pedicures and never had any issues. Not the best pedicure or service I've ever received but it's close to my home and there is never a wait to be seen. Today, not sure if the technician was just hungry or what but she was digging at my toenails during my pedicure rough enough for me to say something. One time, okay, I'll let it go. I had to tell her three separate times she was causing me to be in pain. This is the last time I'll be visiting this establishment. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday and they were pretty busy. I just needed my SNS removed and a manicure without paint to give my nails a break. They were very attentive and quick. I sat near the owner and she was constantly aware of new walk-ins and making sure an employee tended to a new customer as soon as they were done with their current customer. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and attention to detail. Will be going back for a gel pedicure and gel/ SNS manicure in the future. I went to the shop today for the first time. I wanted a "classic manicure" with simple clear polish. The male technician did my manicure, but was too rough and in a hurry. He nicked 2 of my cuticles and they are now painful. Also, he overcharged me (according to the flyer on the front counter) and did not use the hot towels as the flyer stated. I've been here twice and each time has been a great experience. They talk to you and are polite throughout the visit. They took their time and were in no hurry and paid attention to detail. They put the liners in the tubs and open up new packs of tools. It is clean and doesn't have the typical chemical smell of a nail salon. They are definitely my family's go to spot from now on. They also talk you through everything they are doing and truly care about you having a good experience and wanting to come back. My grandmother had a rough experience the last time she got her nails done at a different salon and she told them about it and they made sure she had a good experience with them and took extra care with her. Terrible manicure and poor customer service. People crammed in like sardines and half of the people not wearing masks or barely wearing them. Open public containers of Chex Mix for people to dip their hands in several people passing nail color cards between each other with no sanitary measures in place. I went recently and their COVID-19 practices were good. I like my own nail polish and had them use it. I hadn't been in 6 months and thought my bill for a basic pedicure was high ($37). I just went online and see that I was correct, what should've been a $27 bill had $10 tacked on for "gel"...hmmm, I took my own polish and it wasn't gel. read more
