Within 30 minutes of the review, the owner called me to essentially chew me out. The call ended with me having to hang up on her mid sentence. Now the Google review is gone, which I can only imagine is because the owner reported it, even though it was not created in poor taste, vulgar, or incorrect. It's very sad that you can't post an honest opinion without worrying about the owner aggressively calling you to ask what your problem is.

That was a fraudulent charge on my debit card which they canceled. Now I have to contact every merchant that I do business with. Can use by debit card. They said there's a red card on my account. And they will not allow me to tan. And want me to pay eighteen more dollars. I have refused and ask the manager to call me on 3 different occasions. She was supposed to call Saturday twice. I waited sunday and here it is monday and no contact. I would not do business with this company. And give them your banking information. They are not honest.

I frequent this Edmond location because I work in Edmond and they have more to offer than the location closer to my house. The girls are always friendly and always patient with me when I have questions. They do push products, but they do it at all the locations. I wouldn't say these girls are pushy as they are just doing the job they were hired to do. In my experience, if I tell them no, they don't push beyond that. I have purchased some of their products and will say I have enjoyed the quality of the products and can tell a difference when I use them and when I don't. I usually wait until they have their special event discount pricing to purchase my products. I don't remember what discount I received on products when I signed up, but it was a good discount. I really enjoy this Edmond location and feel that it's worth the money for the membership IF you really get good use out of it as there is far more than tanning offered.

Friday's are always my favorite because platinum members get a free tanning lotion packet and all other members get a upgrade on their bed ! The best part is you can go 24/7 with the key card ! Which is wonderful since you never know if you will be able to go during normal hours. Their tanning beds are always super clean and have a nice candy to enjoy while tanning ! The level 5 bed in the front room is pretty sweet ! It has aromatherapy and is the bees knees! They offer spray tans by appt too. The gym side has everything you need in a gym. If weight machines and treadmills are your thing they have top of the line equipment ! Maybe your more into free weights and crossfit well they have a great area for that plus a huge rig!!
