The employees seem annoyed by the sight of a Gringo in their presence, even though I was soooo polite and appreciative. I would just tell American and Canadians not to bother and just steer clear. I told the bartender I can't wait any longer and had to leave, she asked would I be coming back tonight after my excursion. I told her I would. When I came back at almost 9pm, I had to go back and forth with the manager about what happened. He said he understood about catching the shuttle and he had to make a call to his boss. After 45minutes of waiting and going back and forth, he said his boss checked the camera and I left even after waiting half an hour for 2 burritos, so I get no refund and no burritos!! I SHOWED HIM SCREEN SHOTS OF MY RECEIPT WITH THE TIME I was charged and the time I had to leave!!AND HE ACCUSED ME OF LYING SAYING I SHOULD'VE WAITED LONGER than half an hour, so he wouldn't help, just argue with me about why I left? I mean, usually fast food restaurants take about 10 ~ 20 minutes for an order to be done, but Kentucky Fried Chicken takes from half an hour for minimum, and up to an entire hour, if the restaurant is in the peak hour. It might take more time than an average fast food restaurant, and obviously way more than an average restaurant. If you have time and a lot of hunger, i might think it is a good place to buy their food, but if you don't, it may not be the greatest option.

It's not that expensive but the presentation, the service and the taste is like a 5-star fine dining restaurant. Even the drinks! I ordered their clam chowder (you can see in the attached video on how they served it), lobster tail wrapped with bacon, my hubby ordered salad (which was also excellent presentation), and steak.
