Gluten-free friendly, including a gluten free bagel option. They take it so seriously that their bacon is excluded from gluten-free options because it's not certified gluten free. The bagels are not baked in-house but rather removed from a plastic bag purchased commercially. The bagel sandwich options were upscale with plenty of options. I ordered the MORNING DEW BAGEL SANDWICH, which came with egg, avocado, arugula, hot sauce and dill herb cream cheese. I was not sure about the dill herb cream cheese until I tasted it. It was super yummy! The multi grain bagel is the normal option for this sandwich but I opted for EVERYTHING BAGEL. They have their own SURFING GOAT COFFEE BLEND. I ordered the standard drip coffee and it was ok. They need to clean their coffee machine as there was a slight bitter flavor from the coffee oils in the machine. The sausage had good flavor and the bagel itself was cooked to order. It seemed fresh and not frozen. The only reason I give it four stars was for the reason that the place is very tiny and it did take pretty long to get these sandwiches. Instead of being fast casual like I was expecting, it was more at a pace of a sit down restaurant. The other thing I noticed was that there are no side options. Simply drinks and bagels, which I'm not too upset about. You could grab a Miss Vickie's Chips, but I think adding more variety would help. Not only is the coffee amazing (seriously, so good ), but the people here are what truly make it special. I mentioned in passing that the A/C wasn't working where we were staying, and they were so kind and empathetic--they even offered for us to hang out there anytime to cool off! Long line but he barista did a great job of working through the crowd. She was very pleasant and didn't get frustrated. The coffee was nothing great but drinkable. The breakfast bagel sandwich was quite good but the everything bagel was a little dry. One server in the front of the house and 3 in the kitchen, based on my several years (decades) of restaurant management they could make a substantial improvement by moving one of the kitchen staff to the front of the house. The limited menu should be able to be handled by 2 people. This was confirmed when I could see into the kitchen and at least one of the staff was surfing on his phone.
