Gluten-free friendly, including a gluten free bagel option. They take it so seriously that their bacon is excluded from gluten-free options because it's not certified gluten free. The bagels are not baked in-house but rather removed from a plastic bag purchased commercially. The bagel sandwich options were upscale with plenty of options. I ordered the MORNING DEW BAGEL SANDWICH, which came with egg, avocado, arugula, hot sauce and dill herb cream cheese. I was not sure about the dill herb cream cheese until I tasted it. It was super yummy! The multi grain bagel is the normal option for this sandwich but I opted for EVERYTHING BAGEL. They have their own SURFING GOAT COFFEE BLEND. I ordered the standard drip coffee and it was ok. They need to clean their coffee machine as there was a slight bitter flavor from the coffee oils in the machine. Everyone really enjoyed their bagels. Plenty of choices for all, even my picky eaters. The coffee was legit. And I'm picky on that end. Great place to grab some breakfast right next to the pier. A little pricey, but I'd say it's worth it for the quality. We grabbed our food and coffee and sat on the pier over the ocean to eat. The employees were polite and gave recommendations on what to get. The inside is an awesome bar-style restaurant where you can sit in the AC if you choose. They also serve alcohol! Today I ordered a multi grain bagel with pesto cream cheese, and coffee. My only complaints were that they were chintzy on the cream cheese (see photo) and the pesto flavor was minimal. We stopped twice during our week there...coffees and breakfast sandwiches for our first visit, a couple of bagels with cream cheese for the second stop. Fantastic coffee, great sandwiches. The bagels were out of this world and the house made cream cheese is phenomenal. The service was great -- friendly and made sure our orders came out perfect. They can be busy and because most everything is made to order, can take some time. You're probably not hurrying anywhere but the beach if you're on Tybee, though, right? This spot hit it on the money with how to make a breakfast sandwich. I mean it did its job well. I was very please with the amount of cheese. The sausage had good flavor and the bagel itself was cooked to order. It seemed fresh and not frozen. The only reason I give it four stars was for the reason that the place is very tiny and it did take pretty long to get these sandwiches. Instead of being fast casual like I was expecting, it was more at a pace of a sit down restaurant. The other thing I noticed was that there are no side options. Simply drinks and bagels, which I'm not too upset about. You could grab a Miss Vickie's Chips, but I think adding more variety would help. Other than that, if you're in Tybee Island and want a place that serves breakfast late, I'd check this spot out. Pricing is really fair! read more

Every single time I came in here across three days, a Billy Strings concert was blasting on the tv. That is a special kind of torture, no matter how much you like a band. Good lord. Not only is the coffee amazing (seriously, so good ), but the people here are what truly make it special. I mentioned in passing that the A/C wasn't working where we were staying, and they were so kind and empathetic--they even offered for us to hang out there anytime to cool off! Loved this bagel/sandwich shop that is also a coffee bar/actual bar. The whole concept is super neat. I loved that they had gluten free options and also ask if it's for preference or allergy! The service was super friendly and the vibes were great. We had the "Gone Fishin" and the "Doin Things Right" on gluten free bagels. Long line but he barista did a great job of working through the crowd. She was very pleasant and didn't get frustrated. The coffee was nothing great but drinkable. The breakfast bagel sandwich was quite good but the everything bagel was a little dry. One server in the front of the house and 3 in the kitchen, based on my several years (decades) of restaurant management they could make a substantial improvement by moving one of the kitchen staff to the front of the house. The limited menu should be able to be handled by 2 people. This was confirmed when I could see into the kitchen and at least one of the staff was surfing on his phone. The egg was cold, the bagel wasn't toasted, the herb cream cheese was a soupy mess, and the avocado appeared to be grocery store guacamole instead of avocado slices which I expected.
