Most importantly, the school takes its time to ensure that the personnel and staff are qualified and truly care about the kids. My absolute favorite was the s'mores Belgian waffle. The marshmallow and chocolate drizzle on top is so good, and it had that perfect balance of sweet without being overwhelming.
