Ashley has helped me several times now with a baby shower basket, birthday baskets and a condolence basket. Each time have been nothing short of amazing, the baby shower basket was a small bassinet with the exact colors of the bow that i asked for. I ordered their gluten free & vegan Dubai chocolate bar online, and WOW it is incredible! I wasn't sure what to expect of a gf version but they knocked it out of the park. However, because it had nuts (I did not think to ask and nobody asked me--there was nothing on the site about it either) and it had "Valentine's Day" theme and chocolates, I was unable to use it at all and unable to donate to a school or synagogue. This place is a hidden gem. I was curious to find a local chocolatier for some unique treats and decided to check this place out. The store is not huge but offers a good variety of mouth watering chocolate creations. They mainly seem to specialize and retail in customizable and pre-arranged chocolate gift baskets. I was not sure upon my initial entrance into this store if the chocolates would be that great and if it would be worth the price - but to my surprise I really enjoyed their chocolates very much. I tried the dark chocolate covered marshmallow on a stick, an m&m covered milk chocolate pretzel, white chocolate, and a Jamaican run chocolate and all were pretty incredible except I thought the Jamaican Run Chocolate was just okay. Yeah, I think I will have to be a repeat customer... the only thing is their hours are not necessary convenient for people that work during regular business hours. read more

I sent two baskets to two different families due to death. Both recipients said the baskets were lovely and hand delivered the day after I ordered. (I ordered at 9pm). I actually only chose hand delivery for one and chose fedex overnight for the other but The Sweet Tooth took it upon themselves to hand deliver both. I'm hoping one day to order for better reasons. First off let me say that I've been ordering from the Sweet Tooth for years. This past Christmas I ordered a cookie basket for a good friend. Two weeks later I asked her how she liked the basket I sent her? She replied that she hasn't received anything. I followed up with the Sweet Tooth and they told me that my order was 'lost'. I was offered me a $10 discount or the option to cancel my order. I opted to cancel the order considering it was now January 4th and my ordered was placed December 23rd as a Christmas gift. I was then told that a manager was the only person that would be able to credit my credit card and that he was unavailable. I was told the manager would give me a callback by the end of business the next day. Of course I waited and never received a callback or an apology. I called back and spoke with someone else who told me that I was given the wrong information. What's new there? And that the manager was on vacation and wouldn't be back until next week. I told her I couldn't wait a week for a refund for an order that was "lost". She did a nice job and reached the manager and told me that he already credited my account. And how would I know that considering none of this was communicated to me? I have to say that the lack of professionalism is appalling. They lost my Christmas gift to a dear friend. And mistakes happen but the way this was handled was piss poor. Not once did a manager call to apologize even when I asked for a callback. Shame on you Sweet Tooth! That is my last "lost" order! read more

For my wedding, I wanted something really neat to give to our guests as party favors. We worked with Eric Newman at the Sweet Tooth to create the most adorable edible chocolates that had our initials, location and date printed on it. And it was all edible! Yes, they can pretty much do anything with chocolate, and one thing they can do is print writing, logos and branding on chocolate. We had the chocolates fill mugs that we gave to our guests and all of our guests loved it and said they had never seen anything like it. A few doors away from my chiropractor office. The sweet tooth chocolates candy store.. Outside of the store, Has sign saying Candy apples.. Candy apples are my favorite treat.. I walked inside, I did not feel welcome.. (Cold blank stares) I asked the lady that was standing at the cash register, how much was the candy apple.. She said $10.00..
