They didn't screw in any of the parts of the bedframe and just out a mattress on top of it to make it look like it was fully assembled. I reached out to them and they said they would stop by and take a look the following week and I never heard from them again. This was disappointing because they had been amazing all move. Worked hard, communicated well, never complained etc. But Im going to have to throw out a desk and reassemble furniture because they weren't careful

Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money.
