Everything went so smoothly and the group of guys have been working with Chandler moving since my first move almost 20 years ago. They really protect your things and are strong and professional and so easy to work with. I have referred them many times to family and friends and everyone has had positive experiences. They managed to make the floor level with tiles at several locations without using junction and the results at the time of finish looked great! The reason I am only giving 2 stars is due to the experience afterwards. Davit promised us to come back to fix any bulging or squeaky spots, but he has never done that. We have several spots making squeaky noise when stepping on it. Not only does it sound annoying, but also wakes up the baby (which takes significant effort to make him sleep again...). We called Davit and left messages several times, but he never responded. Not sure if he is avoiding responding intentionally, or it's just some miscommunication here. Hope to hear from them soon!

One of my final projects was to replace my unsightly hardwood and tile floors with LVP. I got several quotes from small and large companies; some who made the job seem like it would be impossible because my house was old and had its issues. Every company that came, pointed out a slant in the floor, a dent, or patch of missing hardwood- all of which would increase the cost of the final project. Some companies also required me to hire someone else to move all the furniture out of my home first. When Alex from Oakerds came out he did a thorough inspection of the job and gave me a price that was lower than most other companies. I was shocked at how smooth the estimate went. He quickly problem-solved each of the problem areas in my home and didn't make a big deal about how each issue would increase the price. He simply gave me a fair quote and explained my options. The most surprising part is that he encouraged me to check out offers from other companies and let him know how Oakerds could "earn my business!" This was a stark difference from the other companies who tried to pressure me into making a decision on the spot.
