I was disappointed with my recent experience at this Goodyear location. I brought my vehicle in…read morebecause of a nail in my tire. Before removing the nail, the technician did not come to me to explain what they found or ask for my approval. I would have appreciated being shown the nail and having the repair options explained before any work was done. After the service, I asked where the nail was because I wanted proof of what had been removed from my tire. I was told they didn't have it and there was nothing they could show me. That left me feeling frustrated because I had no way to verify what had been found or removed. I also felt like the focus quickly shifted to recommending that I replace all four tires. While I understand that AWD vehicles sometimes require replacing multiple tires depending on tread depth differences, I felt pressured instead of being given a clear explanation with measurements and options. I would have appreciated seeing the tread depth readings and understanding why they believed all four tires needed replacement. As a Deaf customer, I expect to be treated with the same honesty, respect, and clear communication as any other customer. Please don't talk down to Deaf customers or try to smooth things over instead of providing straightforward information. Clear explanations, transparency, and respect go a long way. I also believe one of the employees would benefit from additional training in customer service, communication, and disability awareness. Because of this experience, I decided to take my business to a local family-owned tire shop instead. They explained everything clearly, showed me what they found, answered my questions, and did an excellent job. That experience reminded me how important honest communication and customer service really are.

A friend at church fortunately had one of those portable inflation doodads, and filled the tire so I was able to head straight to Goodyear. Adam, the service manager, greeted me very cheerfully and I explained my situation, including that I couldn't just leave the car and come back due to the distance. He put me very much at ease (as you can imagine I was pretty frazzled), got my info right away and summoned a technician to take my car to the work area. I was able to relax in air conditioned comfort and even got a free cup of coffee while waiting. Before long, it was announced that the culprit was a leaking valve, which they promptly fixed. It was $25. They also checked/filled the other tires. A couple of people came in to pick up their cars while I was waiting and several phone calls came in. I noticed the high level of customer care that Adam showed to everyone he was dealing with, including me. I have a feeling this is a very high quality operation for purchase of tires as well and they also do other types of auto work. Recommended.

I just needed a tire, stranded. we're closed. Ok, in direct contradiction to the way they were open and I was discussing this with them inside. Got home eventually. well then they quoted me nearly $400 for 2 tires. They refused to email me a breakdown of the quote or anything at all, as I needed to have something to show work. Said they did, I politely called the day after that and asked again at which point the pretended to so while I was on the phone. I know this be Igave them two emails and to this day, 5 days later have received nothing. when I got paid a cohole days later I had a ride at 520 called and asked if we headed that way would they wait, knowing we wouldn't be late, could have totally said no we can't do that. instead he said yes, that's no problem. we arrive at 609 pm just as hes walking to his car. we honk, he stops looks right at us, gets in his car and drives off. fourty min drive one way, accompanied with the $208 I lost as a. direct result of this individual being dishonest and inconsiderate and disrespectful about their word and our time and their integrit. when I came back the next day and asked the uncomfortably overweight gentleman at the counter about this they immediately proceeded to give nothing but attitude and we had stuff to do retort. I calmly explained that had they said that upfront it would be fine, it's the fact they knew how far we were coming and told me they would wait, and then they didnt. He didn't have anything to say to that, so when I made a point to let him know I was out over $200 because if this he laughed in my face and and gave me a look like they were very plew to hear that. I then asked for a ln alignment print out at which point he informed me they didn't bother to do the alignmen, because. They didn't have a reason, he mumbled something and changed the subject they were adamant that I did not get overcharged yet tires were $93 each+ $33 for labor disposal fees under $5 leaves nearly $100 unaccounted for. As if all that wasn't enough already, I get out to my car and they'd put used tires on the car, with no alignment for a hundred dollar premium with a side of morel repugnance and sadisti delight. I only see reasons to stay far, far away from this place. Far. If you break down here, push your car on another lot before they touch anything. Be aware

I bought a discount coupon for RNR Tire Express from Groupon for a for an alignment, tire rotation, and nitrogen fill. The store was a drive from home, but it was a good deal and worth the trip.. The customer service was good upon arrival and the shop was clean, looked like they just opened up for business. The alignment was good, no pulling and the steering wheel that was off center, was back to centered. I assume the rotation was done. Cons Typically if a tire is filled with nitrogen, the valve caps are replaced with green caps. The original black caps were still on the wheels. I did not notice until I got home that the car was missing 2 center caps. I called and was told that "they were hard to remove, that's why they weren't put back on". That just didn't make any sense. I went back to the store to retrieve them and they were broken. I get it, it's an older car and they were corroded and stuck to the rim. I worked on cars professionally for many years (long time back), I fully understand and was not upset they broke, just upset that nothing was said when I picked up the car and I had to drive back to get the old center caps. A few days after the work was done I went to replace the front brakes and check and adjust the rear brakes. A few of the lug nuts came off easily with my impact, most had to be broken loose with my 30" breaker bar. there is a torque specification - 100 ft lbs - not "whatever" and just hold the impact trigger till it stops. I am sure glad my daughter wasn't on the side of the road with a flat tire trying to break the lug nuts loose with the OEM lug wrench. While I had the wheels off, I cleaned and torqued the lugs to spec.
