We tried the bison burger (pretty good but nothing special), trashcan nachos with chicken (delicious) and I got the bison short rib which was exceptional with the chicken noodle soup (I liked that it had a few pieces of potato in it, we were in Idaho after all). The waitress was nice and tried to get more sauce but when she couldn't, she brought olive oil and vinegar which was ok but at that point I would have just liked something different as it was pretty mediocre. Forage is a nice restaurant with some nice options but you should expect to spend a fair amount. I would expect the fine dining experience quality to match the price, but we had enough good food here that I would come back to try something different.
